(After school)

Evie's POV:

I wore an outfit and put my hair on a ponytail then walked out of my dorm and head outside of school

As I was walking I bumped into someone

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" He said

I looked at him and it was a light brown haired guy with glasses who basically looks like a nerd

He helped me up

"It's fine" I said

"I'm Doug, Dopey's son" He said

"It's nice to meet you, Doug. I'm Evie" I said

"Pretty name" He said

"Thank you" I said with a warm smile "I really have to go. I'm meeting my friend outside"

"Oh okay, I'll see you around, Evie" He said

"See you around" I said and went outside

I saw Mal patiently waiting

"Where were you??" Mal said

"Sorry, I bumped into someone. Lets just go" I said

We walked to the 'mall'

"Wow, its so big.." I said

"I can't believe many stores fit in here" Mal said "Lets go!"

She grabbed my hand and ran in

I was amazed

"Oh wow.. Ben gave us money, so where's the clothing store?" Mal asked

"Let's go around" I said

Mal nodded

As we were walking, we saw Carlos and Jane trying on clothes and they looked like their having fun

I smiled warmly but I'm really sad inside..

"Hey Eve, I think I found it and its pretty ball gowns!" Mal said and grabbed my hand then ran to that boutique I think

"Bonjour, how may I help you today?" The lady asked in a French accent

"Were here for ball gowns!" Mal said

"You have come to the right place. We have the most expensive and most beautiful gowns in Auradon" The lady said

"Expensive..??" I said

"Oh most certainly; Expensive." She said

Oh crap..

"We want the most beautiful purple gown for me and blue for her" Mal said

"Right this way, ladies" She said

We followed her and wow, its beautiful🤩

We tried it on and bought the dresses we liked

"These our beautiful! Now we need heels" Mal said

"Okay" I said

(Time skip) Back at the dorm..

"Only 1 hour till' the ball starts" Mal said

"And how are we gonna get there?" I asked

"Ben sent a limo to drive us there" Mal said

"I feel like Ben has been helping you a lot. Anything between you two?" I asked cheekily

"E, we just met. Besides, he has a girlfriend" Mal said

We changed into the gowns
