Part 9

Still Carlos's POV:

"Lonnie?!" I said

"What??! Aren't you Audrey and Jane's best friend?" Ben said

"Uh yeah, but I'm not like them! I'll help you guys." Lonnie said

Mal whispered something to Evie that I couldn't hear..

Evie's POV:

Mal leaned in to my ear and said,

"Maybe she'll betray us. Keep an open eye" 

I agreed with her and because I haven't met Lonnie, I think I shouldn't trust her too easily...

"Thanks Lonnie" Jay said

"No problem!" Lonnie said

THE NEXT DAY..

I was walking around the campus and saw Jane and Audrey talking. I didn't want them to see me so I hid behind a wall close to them and eavesdropped on their conversation

"Those cupids are so stupid, I mean, who even made them?" Audrey said

"OH SHUT UP! You're so annoying! I just want my plan to go well!" Jane said

"She's probably gonna backstab at us! She is 'Mulan's daughter'" Audrey said

Mulan's daughter...? 

I gasped when I figured out the name, could it be..... Lonnie..?? Or Mulan have another daughter??

I quickly ran to Mal who was in her locker and getting her books

"Mal, Mal!" I said panicking

"What?" Mal said

"Lonnie.. she's part of Jane's plan!!" I said

"WHAT ?!" Mal said

"I overheard Jane and Audrey talking about it!" I said

"Well, we need proof" Mal said

"Hey guys!" 

We turned around and saw Lonnie

"Uh.. hey." Mal said firmly

"What are you guys up to?" Lonnie asked

"None of your business.." I said

"Excuse me?" Lonnie said confused

"Let's go, Evie!" Mal said and grabbed my hand

She pulled me away and while we were walking, we bumped into Carlos and Ben

"Woah, you guys look like your in a rush" Carlos said

"That's because WE ARE, Carlos!" Mal said letting go of my hand
