"I think the limo's outside, come on!" Mal said
We walked outside and saw the limo
We went in and it drove us to the castle
(When they arrived..)
We got out and went in and heard classy music and people dressed in gowns and tuxes
"Miss Mal, Miss Evie, welcome" The lady with a yellow evening gown said to us "I am Queen Belle and my husband King Adam. We are Prince Ben's parents"
We curtsied
"Delighted to make your acquaintance, your majesties" Mal said princess-like
"You have good 'princess-like' manners, Miss Mal" She said
"Thank you, Queen Belle" Mal said
"Miss Evie, did I mention that you looked beautiful this evening" Queen Belle said
"Oh wow, thank you Queen Belle" I said
"Enjoy the ball, girls" Queen Belle said
We walked away from them
"These heels are killing me. I prefer boots" I said
"Well, we gotta look presentable" Mal whispered to me
"First day in the human world and were already learning so much" I said
"Evie, Mal?"
We turned around and saw Jay and Carlos
"Oh, hi" Mal said
"You girls look hot🔥" Jay said
"Yeah, thanks for the compliment" Mal said "So who did you guys go with?"
"I went with Lonnie, Mulan's daughter" Jay said
"I went with Jane" Carlos said
When I heard the word Jane out of Carlos's mouth, my heart crack even bigger
"Right, you didn't have to mention that.. Carlos" Mal said
"Oh, sorry" Carlos said
"Evie, wow, you look.. amazing!" Doug said walking to us
I smiled
"Thanks" I said
Carlos's POV:
I don't know why, I don't know how but I feel... jealous..
Why do I have this feeling??
"Would you like to dance?" Doug asked
I looked at them
"Sure" Evie said
Doug held her hand and they went to the dance floor
I frowned
"You ok, dude?" Jay asked
"I'm fine" I said
"I smell jealousy~" Mal said

"I am not jealous" I lied

"Come on, dude" Jay said
"Fine, I kinda.. am" I said
"But I thought you like Jane?" Mal said
"I.. " I said
"YOU LIKE THEM BOTH?" Mal said
"No, no. I don't like Jane, she's a very good friend!" I said
"Good" Mal said
"HEY EVERYBODY!" Audrey said in stage
"Oh no.." Mal said
"What?" I asked
Evie's POV:
The music stopped and everyone faced Audrey
"I have something to confess!" Audrey said "Little Miss Evie and Mal aren't from France!"
Everybody started murmuring
"Who are they from then?" Somebody in the crowd yelled
Audrey looked at me evilly
"I'm glad you asked. Evie, daughter of.." Audrey said stopping then said again "The cupid king and cupid queen!"
Everybody gasped
"Aren't they extinct and banned from Auradon??" Someone said
"Yes but, the cupid princess came here to rain terror again!" Audrey said
"THAT IS NOT TRUE" Mal yelled
"Show your cupid self, PRINCESS EVIE" Audrey said and the spotlight went on me
I was scared, afraid...
"SHOW YOUR DAMN CUPID SELF!" Audrey said
NO, NO, NO, not now wings!
My white wings revealed and my halo revealed too and so did my bow and arrow
I looked down
"KILL HER!" One of the guards said
They started shooting at me
Just then, my parents came
"HOLD!" My mom said
"O my god" Doug said then looked at me then ran
Tears were in my eyes
Mal ran to me and hugged me
"CUPIDS!" King Adam yelled "CUPIDS AREN'T ALLOWED IN MY KINGDOM!!"
"We mean no harm!" My dad said
"Let us go!" Mom said
"YOU'VE RAIN TERROR IN OUR KINGDOM 100 YEARS AGO" King Adam said
