chapter 9

The team makes it to the Hades system. Known for having really hot and cold planets.

They find an energy signature on an ice planet and land there.

It didn't take them long to find the facility they needed. But they had no idea of the plan that the enemy had.

Wraith is being held on a stretcher with restraints.

The same figure from the TV walks up with two syringes.

?: You're going to sing for me, and call upon you're knight in shining armor.

Wraith: *chuckles* I'm not afraid of you.

?: I don't need you're fear, only pain.

He injected the first needle into her neck.

?: This will keep you awake, and the next one will cause you the worst pain in you're life.

He wasn't lying, once the unknown chemical entered her bloodstream, she could feel every inch of her body go through excruciating pain.

She held out as long as she could, but eventually let out a scream of pain.

It echoed throughout the facility.

The team could hear the scream, this instigated Y/n to take off.

Bangalore knew that was going to be a trap. But she wouldn't be able to stop the enraged Y/n.

Y/n bolted off at speeds that make Octane jealous. 

Y/n runs through the facility and kills any that get in his way, Renee's screams are his guide.

He manages to make it into a room, he could see the unknown man through a bulletproof glass.

He instinctively shot his bow at the man but it only hit the glass.

The man pulled out another syringe and injected it into Wraith, she passed out.

?: Don't worry, she's alive. But you won't be for long.

The door sealed shut and gas filled the room.

It leaked through Y/n's helmet and he felt it fill his lungs. He began to cough up blood and passed out on the ground.

The man took Wraith away and the gas cleared the room.  Two men in the anti Yautja armor walked in and went to pick Y/n up.

Octane jumps on one and puts a mask on the mouth of the man which releases poison into him.

The second gets shot in the gaps by the rest of the team.

Anita goes up to the unconscious and dying Y/n.

Anita: Shit, I should have brought the doc! 

Anita lifts Y/n onto her shoulders and carries Y/n back to his ship. Luckily for her, she knew how to fly it, she did it once before.

Anita had to lock onto the Flame clan mothership. She knew the codes from Y/n. 

When she arrived, Y/n was rushed into the medical wing. 

The still unknown man has no reason to believe Y/n is alive. But Y/n is the least of his worries.

Wraith is located in a containment cell.

She can see the men overlooking the cell.

A figure jumps behind them and slaughters them in seconds.

Wraith can see Yautja wristblades. 

The hunter opens the cell and she walks out to see her savior.

Yaujta: Are you the life mate of Y/n?

Wraith: Yes? 

Yajuta: I have come to rescue you, but we must hurry.

Wraith followed the hunter as they snuck towards a ship. The ship opens and they walk in. A female Yajuta sits in a pilot seat.

Yaujta female: Huatheith. You did good my brother.

Huatheith: Aunkail, let's get out of here and go to the Flame clan.

Wraith: Why did you two help me?

Huatheith: We wanted to make a good first impression. 

Aunkail: We wanted to bring a gift.

Wraith: For Y/n? Why?

Huatheith began to take off his helmet. He faced Wraith and fully took it off.

Huatheith was clearly a hybrid of human and Yaujta.

Wraith: *surprised* Woah. I guess Y/n did have kids after all.

Aunkail: We wanted to meet our father. And once we heard from some locals on the planet that you live on, about you being captured. We tracked you down.

Huatheith: We worked with less.

Aunkail: No better gift than rescuing the life mate of our father. 

Huatheith: Indeed. We should be arriving soon.

How will Y/n react to having children? If he survives that is.
