Leafpaw was crouched low to the ground her golden eyes fixed a fat mouse. She dug her claws deep into the ground wiggling her haunches she leapt forward pinning the mouse to the ground. She let a purr of satisfaction "Well done!" Meowed her mentor, Bumblestripe "That'll make sure the Millie and the other elders don't go hungry" he praised. She rose her snout high in the air from the praise, after all it wasn't everyday, she made a catch this great! The two cats padded back to camp, and she trotted over to her brother; Larkpaw who was sitting nearby the elder's den. "Woah look at that mouse!" meowed Larkpaw staring at it.
Suddenly a elderly gray tom poked his head out his yellow eyes shining "Well well well if it isn't Leafpaw!" he rasped "Who?" called a elder from inside the den. "I said its Leafpaw and she's got our prey!" He spat, a even older brown tom prodded his head out "Well isn't that great" he rasped flicking his tail. She dropped the mouse "Here yall go" she meowed excited by all the praise "At this rate you and your littermates will be getting you warriors assessment" Praised the older tom, Purdy. "They sure will" Meowed Larkpaw's mentor, Rosepetal padding forward "Me, Bumblestripe and Molewhisker have decided that you two plus Honeypaw will have yall's assessment tomorrow."
Leafpaw looked at Larkpaw they're gaze's as huge as skies "Really?" he asked waving his tail side to side "Indeed" she meowed "Will Violetpaw and Twigpaw join us?" asked Leafpaw excitedly, after all they were nursed by Lilyheart as well. "Well no Twigpaw is too young and Violetpaw is in ShadowClan now remember?" Meowed Rosepetal kindly. "Oh right..." she meowed disappointedly. Why does Violetpaw have to be in ShadowClan! Bramblestar should have told Rowanstar "no and if you disagree me and my warriors will battle you!" Rage filled her thoughts as Rosepetal walked off. She dug her claws into the ground and padded off fury roaring inside of her.
I'll be leader one day and when I am! I'm gonna save Violetpaw from ShadowClan!
