I will always love you

            *Juneau's POV

It's the next morning and I see my mate laying on top of me. I smile and hold her tighter, not wanting to let go. She moves slightly and it now on the side of me, making it easy for me to get up without having to wake her. I walk out of the room and down to the kitchen to make some coffee. While the coffee brews I link Winter, "hey pooh-bear, can you come over to Rain's cabin. We need to figure out how we are going to fake it," I say and Winter replies, "yeah, I was actually on my way now. See you in a few," she says and closes the link. I have been looking for color contacts to where since the spell Anya used made my eyes blue. While in my thought, I hear the door open. I look and see Winter walk in, so I smile and walk over to her and give her a hug.

"Hey how you are feeling?" I ask and she shrugs, "ok, I guess. My head is still pounding but I'm ok," she says, and I nod my head. "I feel that...I hate worrying Rain with everything. I already caused her so much pain, I don't want to bother her with a simple headache, plus after I shifted normally you should rest but I got up the next day and trained. I never slept a week like everyone else," I say, and she shakes her head. "You should tell her everything Jun, she is your mate. She keeps you calm, and I can see the old fun Juneau coming out again." She says and I shrug, "yeah but the old Juneau also killed 286 wolves. What if she doesn't recognize you, or Josh. Or worse, what she doesn't recognize Rain? She will kill and I can't lose her Winter, I can't live without her." I say and I start to cry, and Winter looks down. I didn't even feel anything until I feel a hand on my shoulder, and I look up to see my mate crying, "baby why are you crying?" I ask her and she sits on my lap and cries more, "I cant lose you either Juneau. If you die, so will I. I will always be with you no matter what," she says and I shake my head. "No, if I die, you have to stay and look after the pack, you're their Luna now. They need a leader," I say and she shakes her head.

"No! Josh can look after them. I am not living a life without you. I finally have you and I am not losing you, you go I go. That's how it will always be," she says and I pull her close. I look at Winter and likes she knows me so well she starts to shake her head and links me. "Don't you dare get Rin to use her mind tricks and get her to make her say she doesn't want you near her," she says but I don't reply. I link Rin and Mal, "hey can you guys come to Rain's come. I need you to do something for me" I say and they both agreed to meet me here. I pull Rain a bit and make her look at me, "I'm not going anywhere. I will always be with you," I say with tears in my eyes. Knowing what is about to happen I kiss her passionately one last time. Winter walks away and to the bathroom crying. Rain looks confused, "what happened to her?" she asks and I shrug my shoulders, "I don't know," I say lying.

"Let me go talk to her," I say and get up. I walk to the bathroom, "this is the only way to keep her safe and we can play dumb with Anya. I can pretend to be heartbroken and she might let her guard down. She may notice we are not under the spell but if I fake heart break she might just let it go and if Rain doesn't want anything to do with me and Anya hears that she wont hurt her." I say and Winter nods her head. "What if she makes you mark me?" she asks and I shrug, "then I will do it," I say. I can smell Mal coming up so I look at Winter, "it's time," I say and walk out of the bathroom. I walk into the living room where Rain, Rin and Mal are. I look at Rin and Mal with sad eyes. I didn't notice everyone was here. I look like I am about to fall apart, I nod my head to Rin and walk over to Rain. I take in her beautiful smile one last time.

I pull my mate in for a hug and then I look to Rin, "I need you to make her say how she feels and then make her say she hates me," I link to Rin. Rin looks at me wide eye and links me, "what? Why?" she asks and I look at her about to cry, "it is the only way to protect her without letting my wolf out." I say and Rin sighs. "Princess, just know that I love you always and forever. I will always be there to protect you no matter what," I say and walk away from her. Just then Anya walks in and everyone looks at her with angry eyes, "Rin now" I say through my link with Rin. She cries as she speaks and looks at Rain. "Rain," she says and Rain looks at her. When she sees Rin crying Rain looks at me, "Juneau what is going on?" I look down at the floor then at Anya with sad eyes. "Rain," Rin says again and Rain looks at her and says through her link, "Rain, say how you feel and that you hate Juneau." Rain looks upset then looks at me with angry eyes, "Juneau, you are such a pain and a burden of a mate. I hate you!" she says and then I look at Anya.
