"Ehhh....what time is it?"
I turned to my left, 8:00! Why was my alarm waking me up only now? Its usally set to 5..!
I ran down my stairs, seeing my parents eating breakfast.

"Dad? Aren't you ment to be at work?"
"Oh, it's Sunday, don't you remember?"

I forgot it was Sunday. Something felt really off.

"Oh- i must of, I thought I was going to be late for school!"

I started to eat my cereal, listening to the conversation my parents were having.

"That's funny, I was always late when I was young!"
"Your brother always told me you skipped school"
"He told you that?"
"Yeah, he says you thought it made you cool"
"Are you saying it didn't?"

I was happy I didn't have to go to school though, I felt like I forgot to do an assignment, couldn't remember what it was.
However I could remember I was planning to see my best friend, Kiki. Don't remember what we were going to do.

"Mel, wernt you going to see your friend today"
"Yeah, we were going to go to the local park....somewhere like that...at about 11am I think"
"That's quite soon. You should get ready"
"Hm? Its only 8am"
"No, it's 10:20"

they must of gotten their time mixed up right?
I walked up to my bedroom to pick an outfit when I noticed it was infact 10:20.
I got dressed and went back downstairs.
I couldn't see them.

"Mom? Dad?"
"Where are you both?"

No sight or sound. I'm going to be late if I don't head off now.
I walked out of the door, and into the streets of syspocalypstar.
