" I am not sure Sanjana. I just feel very weak and tired today,"  she admitted.

" How about I run some tests? At least we can be sure everything is in working order," Sanjana suggested.

" Theek hai. It won't hurt for you just to check ," Shriya stated.

Sanjana change into a hospital gown.

She asked her some questions and took blood and urine samples from her.

Shriya got changed and waited for awhile and decided to go spend more time with the children while she awaited the results. Sanjana indicated her to come over sometime later through the glass window.

Shriya came over to her.

"Here are your results Shriya. You are a bit dehydrated. I will subscribe  some vitamins and make sure your drink eight glasses of water daily. In this state a woman needs to eat properly and take her of her body," Sanjana stated.

Shriya frowned.

"What state?," she was feeling weary now.

Sanjana realized she was going to fall and led her to a chair. As she blacked out she heard the words,"Shriya you are expecting,"

When Shriya's driver arrived looking for his madam, Sanjana told him that his madam needed medical attention and to let his sir know.

She thought it was best Shriya's husband found out once he was here.

Also she needed to be monitored overnight at least.

After getting word from his staff that Shriya had to stay at the hospital, he grew concerned. He got there as soon as he could.

Sanjana couldn't help but admire the young handsome guy walking around searching for Shriya.

"What a cute pair they make!  I hope he is ready for the news he is about to know," she thought to herself.

She approached him having spotted him a few times  with Shriya from a distance. She realized this was Arjun. Shriya had mentioned him by name a few times as well.

" You must be Arjun. I did the testing on Shriya this afternoon," Samjana stated.

"Is she all right?," he inquired.

"Relax she was dehydrated but I have started her on fluids. Her diet and fluid intake must be  more than adequate from now on. You really need to make sure she is taking care of herself," Sanjana stated.

"I will doctor. Which room is she in?," he inquired.

"She is in 204, second left," she stated.

He thanked her and headed there.

Shriya was laying there with an IV in her arm. The color had started to return to her cheeks.  Arjun sat down beside her and stroked her hair.

She slowly opened her eyes. She smiled seeing him there.

"Arjun aap kab aaye?," she inquired.

He kissed her forehead.

" I just came.   Tell me how are you feeling?," he inquired.

She smiled slightly.

"I have news to share," she stated.

"First you have to promise me you'll take care of yourself. I am not  going to let you stay up late anymore. You will eat three meals   and two snacks each day. You will follow whatever the doctor tells you, got it!," he declared.

She smiled at him.

"So did they tell you?," she inquired.

"Tell me what?," he inquired puzzled.

"That I am expecting," she stated.

He stared at his wife surprised.

She  made him close his mouth.

"Are you happy, you are going to be  a father and me a mother," she stated.

He looked at her head to foot. He reached over and placed his hand on her abdomen.

"There is a life we created in there now?,"  Arjun inquired with glee.

She nodded.

He leaned over and kissed her forehead again. He stroked her head.

" I am so happy Shriya. But what I said before still stands," he hissed.

She nodded.

Arjun: What happened Mrs.Goenka?

Shriya: You have to guess that by a song which I sing for you.

Arjun: Do I need to tell you that I love you and your beautiful voice?. Can I also join you?.

Shriya: Seems like Mr.Goenka is very romantic today, tell me Arjun have you flirted with anyone else than me in New York?.

Arjun: Yes I have dated someone,in the Land of Single Ladies.

Shriya(fuming in anger):And may I know who's she?.

Arjun(mischievously): Okay let me explain. She was Shriya Randhawa before marriage and became Shriya Arjun Goenka after becoming my wifey. And the way she calls me Arjun makes me feel like I'm a King of Prussia.

Shriya(blushing): Arjun Goenka you won't change... have you made a promise to live your life by teasing me? Is it possible that you have made a promise to yourself not to change?.

Arjun(more naughty): Never ever ...And my life is yours. The person who changes himself is definitely not Arjun Goenka. Now, please would you sing the song? I'm dying of excitement please let me know. Hey if I am not wrong my wife is blushing?.

Shriya:Yeah I'm blushing and smiling on my love... okay I'll sing for you my dear husband.

She grabbed his hand and squeezed it hard.
