Aftermath (our tragic story)

13. Brand new day

"Love, can you help me please?" I asked Tim for a help because I can't walk properly after what we did.

"I can feel that I am the one who needs to blame for this." He said while smiling and it annoys me.

"I hate you. Are you leaving now? I will take a warm bath now." He nodded and kissed me.

"See you at work. If you can't I will take the blame." He said and laugh. He kissed me again and left.

"It's Saturday, don't you have classes?" 

[None. I want to go to your house.] Rays said on the phone.

"I'll send you the location." After hanging up the call I decided to go to work late and take Rays with me.

I'm about to pick up some clothes when the doorbell rang. And when I opened it wearing my robe, I saw the lady in the reception area and she bring a paper bag with food and medicine.

"From Mr. Park." She smiled and handed me the bag.

"Thank you." I'm about to close the door when Rays showed up when the receptionist left.

"Wow, did you ride a helicopter?" I asked because Rays made it here that quick.

"Wow, you didn't tell me that you live here near my Auntie's village." She replied to me. I closed the door and walked carefully to the dining.

"Hey, Lorraine Ann Lim. Walk properly." She ordered.

"I can't." I shortly answered.

"I will not ask why because I already know what happened based on the state that you can't walk." She smirked and sat on the chair in the dining. "A princess is punished because she is really friendly."

"Stop." I stared at her and gave her the extra food. "It's from Tim. I am taking you to work later after we eat." 

"Really?" She smiled at me. She really wants to go inside our company.

"Yeah, finish eating that and I will just dress up." I just picked a black short partnered with a black crop top and white sneakers.

"You are blooming. You just have sex again after a long time and you bloomed like that?! Unfair." We both laughed and finish eating.

After an hour, we are preparing to go to the company. I got my bag and wear a mask before leaving. We just walked because I don't have my car and I need to exercise my legs. It's not that painful anymore than earlier.

"She is my best friend," I said when Ms. Cris asked me who is she.

"Wow, your building is bigger than I expected." I saw how Rays are amazed like an innocent girl.
