Cassie awoke the next day groaning rolling over on her side attempting to go back to sleep trying to ignore Damon who was calling out her name loudly from somewhere inside the house. The blonde winced keeping her eyes closed when suddenly Damon entered her room shaking Cassie with a smirk planted on his lips, " Come on, Cass! Wake up!"
The beautiful blonde groaned holding her head as she slowly opened up her eyes at the sunlight that emerged through the window before folding her arms across her chest with a pout on her lips and harshly hissed, " What! What the fuck do you want?" She questioned with an annoyed look on her face.
"Oh, come on, Cassie. Don't be like that." Damon teased his little sister with a mock hurt expression on his face causing Cassie to scoff in disbelief, " No, seriously. That vampire that kidnapped you and Elena turned up last night. She knows everything about the originals and this curse on the moonstone."
"So... I'm still waiting for you explain what it has to do with me" Cassie commented as she shrugged her shoulders casually with a bored look causing Damon to sigh heavy raising his brows and replied, " because Cassie she has information that we can use to prevent Elena from dying in this sun and the moon curse"
The Salvatore girl didn't really want to spend her morning with the vampire that kidnapped her especially as she had a feeling that Rose was hiding something but if the vampire finally gives them the answers they need, then she would hear her out especially as she was interested in this curse that she mentioned the other day.
Cassie scoffed muttering curse words under her breathe as she got out of bed strutting past Damon who wore a smug smirk on his face causing the blonde to send him a glare over her shoulder, " Shut up, Damon!" The raven haired vampire held his hands up in mock surrender and muttered, " I didn't say anything"
"You might not have said it out loud but I can still here you" Cassie snapped raising her brows as she punched him in the shoulder. The two siblings bickering shoving one another as they walked down the stairs only to be greeted by Elena, Rose and Stefan who held amused expressions on their faces as they watched the two siblings.
Stefan cleared his throat loudly interrupted the two siblings causing Cassie to roll her eyes as she sighed in defeat taking a seat next to Elena after her brothers sent her an encouraging smile, " Okay, you have to understand I only know what I picked up over the years and I don't know what's true and what's not true" Rose began to explain as she took a seat on the opposite couch from the two girls.
"It's the problem with all this vampire crap, but Klaus I know is real," Rose stated firmly, her expression held a serious look causing Cassie to furrow her bows as she had heard that name before. The blonde was trying to remember where she had heard about the original vampire but nothing came to mind just this empty blackness.
"Who is he?" Cassie questioned trying to make sense of the situation her brothers had dragged her into causing Rose to stare at the blonde vampire with a look of bewildered on her face as Damon sat on the arm of the couch that Rose was sat on and informed, "he's one of the originals; he's a legend"
