Okay, I get it. Why on earth would I end the story that way? I honestly don't know myself. The story writes itself. Even writing this right now, I feel so sad and horrified over what I just wrote. Either way, I do feel like this is my best story yet, and I do thank you all for sticking with me throughout every last chapter.
Ah. Anyway. As far as inspiration? It was such a long time ago that I first imagined this tale, but I believe that it came when I was sitting in my seventh grade science class, having just finished the Hunger Games for god knows what time. I guess they both clicked. School and Hunger Games. Then I put this story on hold for two years as I wrote the Stories Series. Sorry about that. But still, it had it's positives. If I'd written this back then, it would have been terrible.
I just want to thank you all, one last time, to sticking with me until the end.
