The kunai landed in the middle of the crowd and the festivities began, as soon as the kunai landed naruto appeared in a blue flash with said kunai in hand and  threw it with deadly accuracy as it landed on one man's arm, temporarily disabling him for the time being

He flashed to the kunai and pulled it out of the man's arm, he then threw it again and it landed in between five men, as he teleported there, he threw a hard punch at one if the men knocking him out, he then turned and kicked another man in the stomach, knocking the wind out of him, incapacitating him, he then did a spinning kick Sanji style knocking out the other three men, this went on until there were only a quarter of the men left standing, Naruto's kunai was covered in the blood of the downed men

Out of the dozens he had attacked, he hadn't killed one of them directly, a lesson he learned from luffy, after hearing that in all his battles he had never killed a single soul directly (1)

Naruto was breathing heavily from all the previous attacks he dished out, he prepared for another burst if speed as he threw his kunai in the air for one final attack, he flashed to his kunai in midair as he weaved some hand seals and as he finished there was a disturbance in the water, suddenly two enormous twin water dragons with glowing red eyes and razor sharp teeth, the twin dragons descended and separated washing away all the thugs leaving Gato all alone 'finally' Zabuza thought deviously as he got out Kubikiribōchō, Naruto nodded as backed away letting Zabuza walk forward with bloodlust

Gato quaked in fear as he gazed at the demonic aura of the swordsman "please, I'll give you anything you want, money, fame, power, women, I'll give you" he begged, "there is one thing I want" Zabuza responded smirking behind his mask "what, what is it?" Gato asked hopefully "your head" Zabuza said darkly as he raised his sword, a look of fear crossed his face before his head slid off his neck, his body falling lifeless,

Sasuke had a shocked look on his face, Tazuna, Sakura and Mito who woke up a few minutes ago, covered their eyes and Nemma looked away, but Naruto and kakashi looked on at the carnage,"it's over" Naruto said heaving a sigh of relief.

"Yeah, finally" Sasuke said running his hand through his black hair

Then suddenly there was a large mob "hey, you killed our meal ticket!" one thug yelled angrily "for that, we're gonna pillage this town for all it has!" Another thug yelled causing others to scream in agreement "oh come on" Sakura said annoyed pulling out a senbon needle

"we won't let you do that"

Everyone turned to see Inari and the citizens armed with pots and pans and pans and other house hold utensils ready to attack

"CHARGE" inari said opting the citizens to follow suit, what followed was carnage, pots being hurled at people, pans being smashed on heads, fruit vegetables being thrown sticks being used as weapons stones being thrown, and so on

This resulted in the  mob of thugs fleeing for their lives

"Yeah, We did it" Inari yelled causing the others to yell in celebration

"hey what did I miss?" Zoro said gaining everyone's attention "a lot, you missed a lot" naruto said walking past him "where are you going?" Tazuna asked "your home" naruto answered tiredly and flashed away.

The bridge was finally complete and the people of the wave country were finally free from the menace of Gato. In celebration of this there was a huge party were everyone celebrated the victory of team 7

Zabuza had decided to stay in the mist to help in the civil war, him and Zoro got along pretty well, discussing about their swords and promising each other a rematch in future

It was now time to leave and team 7 were standing in front of the entrance ready to go, naruto turned and saw Inari crying "hey, don't cry, I promise when I have time, I'll come visit" Naruto said smiling widely at Inari "you promise?" he asked hopefully "I promise" naruto said turning around to leave "Bye bye" inari yelled "bye" naruto said disappearing in the distance

"So what should we name the bridge" a villager said "how about the great Tazuna bridge" Tazuna said smirking drunkenly "no that's lame, how about, the great Naruto bridge" inari suggested "yeah, its a great idea" the villagers said amongst themselves, "then its settled, The Great Naruto bridge" Tazuna said smiling.

Oda responded, "The reason Luffy doesn't kill is this: In his era, men live by their beliefs and risk their lives to defend them. Luffy shatters the beliefs of his enemies by defeating them. For them to suffer defeat and to have their beiefs destroyed is as bad as death. Killing their bodies is beside the point.
