Chapter 11: Zoro's adventure in Konaha

A/N- This chapter is like a filler chapter and does not affect the plot of the story, it was just a funny idea I had so enjoy

Zoro's POV
<<<After the wave mission>>>
'Damn it' I cursed as I looked at the forest that seemed to go no for miles 'where are those guys?' I questioned in my mind walking around, I had been here for almost an hour when I lost sight of naruto and his team "well I think they went this way" I said moving up north (A/N pls note that konaha is south).

30 mins later
I had gotten no where and I was really starting to get hungry, then I saw a plume of smoke up ahead, I ran to the place where the smoke originated from and I saw a small town being attacked by some dudes who where spitting fire out of their mouths, I think naruto called them kaiton jutsus or something, aside from that they were looting the town of all its valuables while some of them were holding some of the townsfolk captive, I was board as hell and lost in the forest so what the heck, I grabbed two of my swords and had one in each hand and tied my bandana, the thugs didn't see me coming

I jumped into action slicing and dicing criminals left and right, the screams of some of the thugs called the attention of their pals, "what the hell, your gonna pay for this" one thug said charging blindly at me with his sword in hand, I dodged him with ease and sliced his chest, another rand to me yelling profanities with a knife in hand I just side stepped him and slashed him with my sword, then three guys with swords charge at me with rage in their eyes, I unsheathe my third sword and place it in my mouth, as the thugs are charging I prepare my special attack "santoryu" I said as I began to dodge all their attacks, then they all move past me "Toro Nagashi" I said, then all three men had slashed engraved in their chest.

I turned back and saw a huge buff guy running towards me at full speed with large hammer in his hands, he swung his hammer at me causing me to use my swords to block him "you may be strong but not even you and your little swords are going to cut through my hammer" the man said flexing his hammer 'we'll see about that' I thought as I prepared to face off with him, he charged forward again swinging his hammer downward with intent to smash me, but I jumped back narrowly avoiding him, he didn't let me rest as he ran forward once again, the heat was overwhelming and I had to end this quickly so I got in an attacking stance and readied myself "your done!" The man said getting closer and closer "santoryu" I began as I ran forward drawing my swords "oni giri" I said from behind the man, his mighty hammer cut into 6 pieces and he had three slash marks engraved on his chest as he fell to the ground.

I sighed and sheathed my swords I looked and saw the townsfolk looking at me strangely in awkward silence, then a man finally yelled "The swordsman saved us!" At the top of his lungs causing the rest of the people to follow suit, they all crowded me and began to thank me "thank you so much Mr swordsman" a little girl with long purple hair said tugging at my trousers "um your welcome kid" I said awkwardly "please what could we ever do to repay you?" A woman said picking up the small child "well I could use some food, maybe some booze would be nice right now and a map to konaha" I said simply "consider it done, today we have a feast in honor of our towns hero" an older man said making the rest of the people to yell with joy.

For hours the people danced and celebrated, for a town that had recently been attacked they sure know how to party, I had eaten way more than my fair share of food and booze and was satisfied,

I was at the town entrance as I shook hands with the mayor "I don't know how you got here when you were traveling to Konaha, but the map should help you get to your destination" he said "thanks old man" I said, the old man chuckling at my statement "safe travels" he said releasing my hand, I was walking through the town gate with the map in my hands "are you sure you can't stay a little longer?" the little girl whose name was Kudere asked sadly, in the town she wouldn't leave me alone, she was always by my side asking me if I needed any thing, her mom told me why, and what she said was kinda sad

<<<Flashback>>>
It was early evening and I was sitting in front of Kudere's mother's house with the woman sitting next to me "your annoyed about my daughter following you everywhere, aren't you?" She asked "well I um- yeah a little" I sighed "I'm sorry, its just that, I lost my husband, Kudere's father during the attack, he stayed behind to protect us from the thugs and" she was about to continue but she started to cry "its ok, you don't have to talk about it" I said looking at the woman sobbing "Kudere was so close to her father and he always there for her" she said as she began to calm down "she really likes you ya know" she said looking at me "she said that you remind her of him" she said

<<<End of Flashback>>>

"sorry dere I can't" I said looking at the small girl, as I tuned my heel to leave I suddenly felt a slight tug at the hem of my swords trousers "bye bye Mr swordsman" Kudere said hugging my leg "its zoro" I said as she looked up at me  "oh ok well bye bye zoro-san" the girl said smiling at me, she then let go of my leg and ran to her mother

I left the town with the map in my hands and locating Konaha, it was not too far from here so I started walking

3rd's POV
<<<1 hour later>>>
'Finally' zoro thought as he reached the gates of konaha, he walked through the gates passing a sleeping Izumo and Koetsu 'must be nice' he thought yawning, he was walking for a few minutes when he heard someone calling his name "Oi zoro-san" naruto called "naruto" he said as naruto ran up to him "everyone's been looking for you, where were you?" Naruto asked "doesn't matter, I wanna sleep" Zoro said yawning "um ok" Naruto replied as he teleported himself and Zoro to the straw hat's ship

Zoro walked in and was immediately bombarded with questions "you got lost, didn't you?" Sanji said smugly "yeah" zoro mumbled "ha typical marimo" Sanji laughed "shut up you shitty cook" zoro said angrily "what was that moss hair" Sanji said irritatedly "ok ok that's enough you two" Nami said defuse the situation "yes Nami-swan" Sanji said with hearts in his eyes

Zoro rolled his eyes and walked to the mast of the boat, lied down and looked up at the night sky 'good bye Kudere' Zoro thought and fell asleep.

Well how was it, I really hope you liked it, it was just a crazy idea I had in my head so here it is, by the next chapter we will be back to the normal timeline, and I want to know, should I do more of these filler chapters just for fun, leave you thoughts in the comments
