7: blood countdown

everyone ran away from the room. nayeon who was at the front ran without any restraint but soon stopped when she met three zombies in front of her. she fell down from fear and just when the zombies advanced suhyeok threw them off with a kick.

the others couldn't help but be in awe at his display of strength but when one zombie dodged suhyeok's attack and went towards them did they panic again.

this time, [m/n] was already starting to get riled up and so he forcefully parted away in the center and delivered a roundhouse kick to the zombie's temple earning them a snap in the neck making their head bend 90 degrees to the left.

"woah..." cheongsan muttered in surprise while suhyeok scoffed in small happiness to see something like this to be done by [m/n].

your eye twitched from the gruesome outcome of your kick but you knew you can't hold them off on yourself. you looked at cheongsan who immediately grabbed the panel windows of the classrooms and used them to drive some zombies back, getting you some slack.

"here i come!" you looked in awe as daesu single-handedly broke down a door and rushed forward. he reminded you of the ahjussi from train to busan, both of them having the strength to push the zombies back temporarily with great help.

"let's go!" you all ran forward as the zombies kept being pushed back. more and more zombies piled from the back so your choice was to go upstairs.

you looked down to see a zombie trapped in the railing. "how the fuck did you even get stuck there?" you scoffed and lightly kicked his head, watching him squirm and snarl.

the girls ran past and wujin helped out by pushing one of them away with a window frame. you assisted him to the side to kick another incoming. "you go!" you said and continued to pummel them down. 

"is everyone okay?!" suhyeok came beside you to help out fighting and asked in worry about the others. "yeah, they're upstairs towards the lab," you said and knead your wrist that was on the verse of their muscles breaking from all that pressure punches.

"we need to go," suhyeok grabbed your hand and dragged you only for you to trip when one zombie grabbed your ankle. "shit!" you kicked it away, feeling a slight sting from the scratched it left. your eyes widened when a small drop of blood dripped on the tiles. 

you quickly grasped suhyeok's arm and became the one to drag him away. both of you ended up in the art room in a flurry and went through the back door. you hid under the desk and clasped suhyeok's mouth to keep his hushed. there were zombies in the room, that you knew.

now that you were exposed, you were in danger of dying all over again. you had to use something to dry it up quick and seal this wound before any other zombies catch a whiff of your scent.

just then, suhyeok tapped your shoulder and you looked at him as he pointed behind you. you both looked at the opened window and knew that suhyeok was planning for your escape.

you pursed your lips and contemplated. soon you complied and pushed suhyeok forward to crouch quietly towards a red-clothed table. you went on to move next but paused when a zombie was hovering behind the table looking around as if catching something was there and it incited him.

you grabbed a pencil and threw it at the corner of the opposite side of the room. you and suhyeok watched the two zombies run towards the sound gaining you a momentary distraction.

you pushed suhyeok who was nearing the window. but just as he was about to call out to you, your hand pricked a sharp arts object that caused your hand to bleed severely. your eyes snapped at two injuries now dripping with a lot of blood.
