"Hey Burrow! Your on time. Everyone line up right here." My dad said pointing at the line of the field but i stand next to him
"When i call your name you may step forward."
"McPherson, Evans, Hernandez, Mixon, Johnson, Chase, Harris, Stafford, Lewis, Jenkins, and Burrow!" Coach calls out the names and everyone who made it starts to cheer.
Joe comes over to me smiling
"Hey you made it! Congratulations!" I said also smiling and going in for a hug.

We got back to the Dorm
"Hey joe. Ima go out with Katrina and em."
"Okay I'll be here of on the field with Micheal and Jason."
"Oh i didn't know they played football."
"Thats what im saying but they didn't want to try out."
"Oh well I'll be back around 9?"
"Okay thats fine bye."
"Bye." I say and walk out
I find Katrina, Brianna, and Chole sitting outside on campus.
"Hey guys!" I said walking up to them
"Oh hey Matthew. Congrats on joining the football team."I say again seeing Matthew was with them.
"Hey Y/N! Thanks. You look nice."
"Thank you." I smile.
"Aww is Y/N blushing??!!" Katerina jokes
"STOPP! Lets just go." I laugh
Once we left campus we went to the movies.
"Looks like we got the best seats." Matthew says
"Yea actually i think your right." I agree with him
"Brianna what movie are we watching?" Chole asks
"Nightcore. Its a horror movie."
"Oh no i cant do scary movies." Chloe says
"Aw come on chole please just this once?" I plead
"Ugh okay." So everyone sits down and im sat between Chole and Matthew. Matthew on the left and Chole on the right.
I think they made a plan so that i would sit next to him bc of me "blushing" earlier and since its a horror movie but jokes on them i like horror movies.
"Shes fucking stupid." I whisper throwing my hands up a little in the air
"Ikr." I hear Matthew giggle beside me and whisper back
At some points i would jump a little and Matthew would put his hand on mine.
Towards the end of the movie i started to fall asleep
Matthew's pov
Throughout the movie Y/N would jump a little at the jump scares but i would put my hand on hers to calm her down.
Later i feel something on my right shoulder. Its Y/N. She has her head on my shoulder. I think shes asleep. I hear her little snores which is kinda cute.
I would play with her hair a little while shes asleep. After a while the movie has finished and it was time to wake up Y/N. She looked so peaceful sleeping.
"Y/N. Wake up the movie finished." I whisper a little into her ear
"Hmm?" She said quietly
"Oh. OH! Um sorry. I must've fallen asleep. I didn't mean to fall asleep on you."
"No no it fine. I don't mind. Don't worry about it." Matthew says with a smile
"Okay."
"Aww Y'all cute." Brianna says
"Yeah y'all should date." Katerina joins in and me and Matthew both laugh
"How about we all get ice creams now?" Chole asks
"Oou yess." Me and Matthew say in sync and we both laugh
We walk out the movie theater and walk to the best ice cream shop in Louisiana.
Everyone else ordered and i was now about to order when
"These 2 will share a vanilla ice cream cone." Katerina smirks my direction
"You can have the ice cream." Matthew smiles down at me
"No its fine. I shouldn't have that much sugar anyways. You can have it."
"JUST SHARE!" Everyone yells and we agreed to share the ice cream
We are heading back to campus still sharing the ice cream
"Hey Y/N can i talk to you real quick?" Matthew whispers as he walks next to me
"Oh sure."
"Um i had a good day today. We've known each other for a couple years now and your really pretty. Would you be my girlfriend?"
