1- meeting him

"Let's do this" I sigh as I unlock the backdoor to the coffee shop I work in.

It's one of those days when I just don't feel like working or doing anything. I didn't get much sleep last night either and that definitely has some role in my feelings today.

Half an hour later the coffee shop is open. Now I only have to sit here for 7 hours, great.

It was about 12 am after I finished my lunch. An older guy stepped in he looked rather sweet and cute. He gave me really good vibes.

"Hey, what can I get for you?"

"Hey, one medium black coffee please." He says and smiles warmly which makes me smile even more I said rather nerve

"Yes, of course, anything else that I can get for ya?" I said rather nervously I don't even know why I'm nervous.

"No that's it, thanks." He shot me another one of his adorable smiles.

"Okay, that'll be 2.50."

He paid then went and sat in the back corner. I started making his coffee when my co-worker came.

"Hey y/n!"

"hey!"

"So any tea for me?" She giggled. She was one of the gossip ones but a chill one. She would constantly ask me about guys and stuff.

I finished with his coffee and walked out behind the counters. As I was walking towards him I saw him flipping through some book. It looked like a sketchbook.

I got to his table and placed his coffee on the table.

"And here's your medium black coffee, enjoy!" I said.

"Thanks!" He said smiling.

After my shift was finally over and I got home I couldn't think of anyone other than that guy from today. It's weird, yeah I crush on some guys that come in but it usually lasts like an hour or so. And I don't even know if it is a crush. I don't know it's weird I can't make up my mind like do I have a crush on him or not?

The weird thing is that he seems older but not like 60 and he looks pretty cute.

The nighttime came around and I was still thinking about him. Just his smile is unforgettable.
