11 - Jimin's concern
"Good night Bubbie" Jungkook whispered softly as he set AeRi down on the bed and covered her with a blanket. "Good night, Koo" She smiled softly and closed her eyes.
Jungkook waited a few minutes for her to completely fall asleep before he went to Her. He kneeled in front of her bed and rested his hands on the mattress.
He stared at her in nothing but love and happiness. He slowly listen his hand and caressed her cheek tenderly, placing a soft kiss on them after. "Bun..... Today was possibly the best day of my life. I'm really glad you accepted me, love." He whispered softly.
"I don't know how to thank you for this. I'll tell you the truth soon, my love. Just wait for a while.... We're not completely safe yet" He smiled. He sighed quietly and stroked her hair.
He kissed both her cheeks and eyelids before adjusting her sleeping position and went to sleep in his own bed.
The next day....
"Jungkook-ah, can I talk to you for a second?" Jimin asked, signalling Jungkook that it's something important. "Uh yeah sure, I'll be back guys" Jungkook excused himself from his hyungs and AeRi.
Jimin took him to an empty classroom and said "Did AeRi tell you?"
"Tell me what?" Jungkook asked, confused.
"About why she was so upset yesterday?" He said.
"A-ah no" Jungkook lied. Jimin narrowed his eyes at him "Stop lying Jungkook-ah, I know she told you" He sighed. "She didn't Hyung, I-I swear!" Jungkook denied.
"Jungkook drop the act, I know she told you. Tell me what happened" Jimin demanded. Jungkook kept silent before saying "She told me not to tell you"
"And you're going to listen to that? Jungkook she's 16, we are her guardians. She needs to share her problems with us. Otherwise, how are we going to help her?" Jimin reasoned.
Jungkook sighed "I really want to tell you Hyung but yesterday..... it was so special for me. She accepted me, she smiled at me, she joked with me and we got along really well. But I also promised her not to tell you..... I don't want to break any promise when it comes to her"
"She told you to hide it from me? Why?" Jimin asked, completely baffled by his words. Jungkook kept silent making the older sigh. "Jungkook-ah, you have to tell me. As long as she Doesn't know that you told me, it'll be fine right?" Jimin said, trying to get him to crack.
