12 - Fight
AeRi was at Jimin's dorm, waiting for him to open the door. "Oh Bub, why're you here?" He asked, surprised to see her. "I missed you" She mumbled, hugging his waist.
He was taken aback but still hugged her back, sensing that something was definitely wrong. He rubbed her back before lifting her up and going inside. He closed the door behind him and placed her on his lap.
He turned her chin to face him "What's wrong princess?" He asked with a worried expression.
"I just came here to say sorry.... For hiding things from you" She sighed, resting her head on his chest. His eyes softened as he slowly stroked her hair "It's fine ri.... Don't think too much about it. But I can tell that you have something else in mind. What is it, love?" He asked, lifting her chin.
"I'm just scared.... I just have a feeling something will go wrong soon.... I don't know why. Eomma and appa have been acting strange lately..... it feels like they hate me more than they already did. I don't feel so good Oppa" She finally let it out.
Jimin was carefully listening to every word. He didn't think she's catch on so quickly, but he can't give out hints that there is indeed a problem. He caressed her face, she looked so exhausted.
"Listen Ri, I don't want you thinking about anything like this okay? If there's ever an issue, we'll take care of it. For now, just stick with Jungkook okay? I can't assure that everything is completely fine, but he'll protect you if anything happens okay? You can trust him" Jimin said.
AeRi thought for a second "Are you sure Jimin-ah? I mean, I do trust him to a certain extent, he hasn't done anything too bad but.... I've only known him for 3 weeks, I'm sceptical about trusting him just like that"
"I've known him for more than a decade, love. He'll keep you safe, he won't do anything to you okay? If he does, tell me, I'll make sure he'll never do that again." Jimin reassured.
"Now, go back to the dorm. I'm assuming that you didn't let him know that you're here" He said with a small smile. She giggled quietly "Yeah.... I probably should. Bye Oppa" She said and kissed his cheeks softly before leaving.
As soon as she opened the door to her dorm, she saw Jungkook checking every crevice and corner of the living room, searching for her. "Uhh, what are you doing?" She asked in confusion.
His head snapped towards the voice as looked at her. He sighed in relief as he got up and ran to her, bringing her into a bone-crushing hug. "Woah Woah, what are you doing?" She asked in shock.
"I thought you poofed away" He said. "Like.... Disappearing?" She asked in confusion. "What else do you think Poof means?" He asked, pulling out of the hug.
