Peter's pov .

Even If I did make a mistake there is no going back now all that I can do is hope that he will like her and hope she will like him and that they will be good for one another .

We arrive at the house as we get out of the car the girl bows to her knees in the rain and I tell her to stand up and she does so we begin to walk just like before at the shop but its basically pointless since her bottom half is wet anyways but I dont want her to get anymore cold then she is.

As we enter the doors I cant help but worry about his reaction to this but I keep a calm face as to not scare the pet before me not that I think she would notice she still hasn't once looked up from her feet .
We walk to his office and I enter I see him sitting at his desk he raises his head up and I see the shock on his face .

You only ever talk to me I believe it could be nice for you to have a companion to talk to and get to know and I think you could also help this poor girl the condition I found her living in makes me absolutely sick to my stomach and I understand If you wish to return her but could you at least give her forty eight hours before doing so I dont want her to receive a punishment for your mother and my stupidity
