Sam's point of view.

As the sun peaks in it wakes me up and I feel the warmth to my side and the memories of last night come rushing back to me and I'm a bit shocked but I'm not angry like I thought I would be.

I look over at the clock and notice it says it's already 9 am and I decide it's best if we go ahead and get up and get ready to go to town

I slip out of bed and try the best I can not to wake her and I walk over to my closet I grab myself a simple white dress shirts with pants and my shoes and I grab a tshirt for the pet that's more then most pets get to wear but personally this pet will be covered in the public eye .

I walk back over to the bed

Pet . I say
She wakes up instantly with her head down I can sense her fear but I'm not sure why she is afraid

Here pet you need to get dressed we need to head to town and get you some stuff that you will need why you stay her . I say as I walk over to her .

I kneel down by her on the side of the bed .

Raise your hands pet for I can put the shirt on you . I say

She does so I slip the old shirt off and throw it in the corner and place the new shirt on her body

I walk over to where I placed the leash and I clip it to her collar when I look at the old beat up collar I also decide I will get her a new one when we are at town

Pet there will be rules to follow in town you will stay by side at all times you will not speak to anyone you will not lot anyone in the eyes unless I say you may you will do everything I say and if something makes you uncomfortable you will tell me so do you understand. 

She shakes her head yes

Good then let's go . I say as we begin walking down the stairs
When we reach the car I pick her up and place her on the seat beside me and fasten her seat belt and the driver begins to drive

A short time later we arrive at the mall

Come .i say as we get out

I head for the first store inside it is a shoe  store I want to get those first for she doesnt have to walk around barefoot

Pet I want you to look at some of these and see if you really like any .I say

L..ik..e.   the pet says in a questioning tone

It means that you want it stands out against the rest do you understand. I ask

She shakes her head no .

That's okay how bout I pick you some out until you learn what like means .I say

I walk over to the shelves but I notice all the shoes are way to big for my pets foot I walk over to the kids shelf and note these look like they would fit better
I see a pair of high top tennis shoes black with angel wings on the side I grab a size 3 and walk over to her and I gently place it on her foot to see if it fits and it does

I walk back over and I see a pair of baby pink boots and I grab a 3 and put them on and they dont fit I walk back over and grab a four and they fit correctly

I see a pair of black sandals and I walk over and try them on and they fit as well

I decide for today I will get her one more pair of shoes until she can decide what she really likes

I look through all my options and I see a pair of plain red high tops and i try them on

Alright pet that's good for today on shoes we will come back when you learn a little more about like . I say as we walk over to the cash register
