Black and White

A/N these are just two poems similiar to the last one, that are more of thoughts. Innocent, child-like, simple thoughts, that have a wise depth.

White

How can white contain every color,

If it can be as bleak and dismal as black?

There is no cheerfulness in white,

Only stark purity.

There is no anger in white,

Only indifference.

White is not calm, depressed, or anxious.

In white there is nothing,

Nothing, but everything.

Black

Black is the absence of color,

That I can believe.

There is no way color could exist

In that much darkness,

Even deep, deep, down.

If black is the absence of color,

Does that mean,

If there was no color in the world,

Everything would be black,

And there would be no light?

Would evil prevail?
