on full moon werewolf can feel the pull of there own blood. since Niklaus wolf side is locked up he can still feel a slight pull but since he cant turn into a wolf he isn't able to find them. plus even though the twins haven't activated there werewolf cures the twins can feel that there dad is looking for them but they cant do anything about it.
Mercy has a neckless with the words Tiniest wolf. while Hope has one that says Littlest wolf. That Klaus had gotten made before they were born.

the twins ended up being adopted by non other then Mrs. and Mr. Gilbert
Mercy has a stuffed wolf. while Hope has a stuffed Bunny witch Elijah gave to them
for some reason Caroline is the only one who can tell them apart.
