before Elena left the hospital she grabbed both of her sisters from Matts lap. she brought both Hope and Mercy home. luckily for Elena both of them were still passed out.
Damon was holding Mercy while Elena was Holding Hope. when Elena opened up the front door to her house. Stefan was on the floor but stands up immediately.
Stefan?

What happened?
Katherine happened.
the twins started to stert in there sleep because they were being a bit loud. Elena went upstairs to put Hope and Mercy to bed. along with coming clean with Jeremy about the supernatural.

Stefan and Elena are walking down the hallway to John's room. after dropping off Andi and Kol off to see Care-bear.
the vampire and Doppelgänger ended up questioning John about Kathrine. but the two of them did not have much luck.
after a while Elena walked out of the room leaving the vampire in the room with her uncle/Dad. Stefan ended up threatening the man to leave town of else he would turn the Gilbert man into a vampire.

Hope and Mercy are sitting on Caroline bed with there stuffed animals hugging the still blonde human. who was hugging the twins back
after a while Jeremy came and picked the twins up to let the blonde rest.

the twins were peacefull sleep. but the two of them started to cry and scream because of a dream. that they were having about there Care-Bear being killed and turned into a vampire. By someone who looks a lot like there older sister.

meanwhile at the hospital Hope and Mercy dream is turning into reality. but its not there sister that killed Caroline but her Vampire doppelgänger Kathrine. not that Caroline or the twins new this. so now not only is Caroline afred of Elena but so are Hope and Mercy
