Let's assume ki it's after dragon wala task both Karan and teja had huge fight . Neither of them were talking to one another. Both were equally hurt and angry .
Teja had said few mean things to Karan like he never fucking loved her whereas Karan had said ki her care and love and all the stuff that she does is for cameras .

The reason behind this statement is Umar, Rashmi, Rakhi and Shamita.

These were the people that fed this illogical stuff in there mind

Before there den convo :

Umar , Rashmi and Shamita were sitting and bitching about teja , though kram was not a part of it but he can hear everything and that what the 3 people wanted .

Rashmi: I never thought ki teja aisi niklegi. I always supported her from outside but yaha ake toh uska alag hi roop dekhne ko mil raha hai.

Umar: vo hamesha se hi aisi thi . I toh know it from before only, uske sath thoda time spent karne par hi pata chal gaya tha.  I tried ki kk dur rahe usse but woh toh pyaar me pagal ho chuka tha.

Shamita: exactly, she is like that only . Pata nai karan ko usne kya accha laga . Kitni batemeez hai, koi filter hi nai hai muh pe. Dekha na karan se kaise bat karti hai . Aur phir thodi der baad , sweet innocent ban kar karan ke samne jaati hai aur voh pighal jata hai.

Rashmi: yaa you are right , mujhe toh lagta hai she does everything for cameras only .

Umar: I m toh sure ki vo sab cameras ke liye and sympathy ke liye hi karti hai .

Karan was sitting silently and listening to this. When he couldn't hear more he went for floss.

On the other hand when Umar, Rashmi and Shamita saw ki there talks have did it work they gave hi fi to each other.

Rashmi: now let's see ki kaise teja karan ko apne taraf karti hai .

Umar: aab game simple hoga, pehle dono ko alag karo, ek baar karan ka support chala gaya them teja kuch nai kar payegi , pehle usko nikalo and then

Shamita : and then teja ke jane ke baad Karan waise hi tut jayega phir usse nikalo . Nice plan guys.

Saying this all 3 laughed . Pratik was passing by them and he heard last part. He thought they were planing to removing teja in next round and went from there.

When all this was happening Rakhi was instigating teja ki pata nai karan ko kya problem hai uske jeetne se.

Rakhi: I don't know kya problem hai Karan ki agar tu jeet jati hai toh . How does it matter ki tu jeete ya woh jeete .

Teja: nai nai aisa nai hai usse mere jeetne se problem nai hai , usse sirf iss baat se problem hai ki aap unfair ho kar mujhe jeeta rahe ho .

Rakhi: are pyaar me itni andhi mat ban , clearly dikh raha hai ki ne never loved you . Tu uske liye sirf game ka ek asset hai bas.
Saying this Rakhi went but she planted a seed of doubt in Teja's mind.

Then all that fasio happened where Karan said teja ki she does everything for cameras as he was already overthinking after hearing Umar and Rashmi talk and then when teja said ki he walked away for the record , that was his trigger point and he accused teja.
Teja couldn't believe her ears when she heard Karan saying such things to her and then she also recalled hearing Shamita and Umar talking about how Karan planed to kick her out first , which was not true but both Umar and Shamita deliberately talked so that she can hear it and she did .
So when Karan said ki you do all this for cameras, she also said ki by all this things I think ki you never loved me.
