So I actually realized that for some reason this chapter was deleted so I'm doing it off of memory now. It won't be very long so...

"What do you want Mitsuru."

Mitsuru frowned at me.

Mitsuru:"I just said I needed you to solve a crime. Well... my crimes to be exact."

I glanced at her my hand on my holster.

"Explain."

Mitsuru smiled.

Mitsuru:"The dark hour you experienced and this new world im forced into is so very strange. However, since you are a great detective, I'd like you to try and find a way to solve a mystery in my home city."

I let my hand off the holster and crossed my arms.

"Maybe another time. I'm currently busy with several other cases and the phantom thieves. Goodbye Mitsuru. You have my number for emergencies."

I quickly walked away, feeling my soul get glared into. I walked into the station, where I walked into my office. I had a board of people up, which I flipped over to find my phantom evidence board. It had all the phantom thieves, and their respective profiles. This was gonna take a while.

Then let's start with the easiest ones to root out.

And those would be?

Obviously we start with both Bakugo's , Ashido, Aoyama, Kaminari and Todoroki. These all have the same motive albeit with different people.

So... everyone then. Yay. Hmm... what about the day of the first shut down? That would give some reference of date or something. I grab pictures of each of them, and place them on a board.

According to what we know, Madasame was on a business trip with Aoyama by his side, we have physical proof of that. He's out.

Not that he's a prime suspect to be honest.
Katsuki was out with me during the day to get away from his family, and his sister had her last dance competition of the season.

Ashido was with Toru. That day was... some kind of movie right?

Cake knight rises. Or something. I'm not too sure. But I know it's true because Toru's cleared, and Ashido wasn't really a prime suspect.

That leaves Todoroki, since Kaminari was in his house. He topped a leader board that day and won a gun about tournament.

Todoroki was at a training camp with his father. So in total... no leads.

What about their personas? Maybe they have a clue...

The only one I can think of is Katsuki's. After all he was a criminal. So that's a no. I sat for a solid 40 minutes looking for clues. Everytime I thought I was on to something, it would get torn down.

What if we haven't met them yet?

Not possible, if the timelines as fucked as it is, they would be one of... the... first people we would meet... My focus was dwindled by a call from Katsuki.

"Yes?"
Katsuki:"Hey nerd warning you of my sis. She's got that last competition and is really upset."

Wait a minute...

"Katsuki I thought the one a couple months ago was the last one?"

Katsuki snorted.

Katsuki:"Some dumbass almost died that day, so they rescheduled it for 3 weeks from now. She's in a frenzy."

My mind suddenly raced and I dropped my phone.

No way... she doesn't have an alibi!

That's not the worst part... the way she suddenly turned against me during the reveal... the way she got us stuck in a trap in Endavour's palace... even her persona had a true identity under that dress! It's been her all this time! I rushed to the record room, finding the file section in B, rushing through it, tearing out papers, ripping out boxes in a violent panic, looking for anything that might set it straight. But then... the biggest clue hit as I looked at her file. Not only was it mostly empty... but she didn't have a middle name... not a single one... which means!

*click*

???:"Which means I'm not a repeat, but someone from the last time. The real reason I was in a frenzy was because you are figuring out too damn much."

I raised my hands up, and slowly turned to see Katsumi, a silenced gun in her gloved hands.

"Well shit."
