Chapter 23: Talking With Freddy

~ Luna's POV ~

I wake up the next morning Monty still asleep holding me. He had transformed back into an animatronic by default. That's when I think "I should probably tell Freddy he hurt Monty pretty badly last night, he's most likely awake now since he's a rather early riser"

So with that I carefully wiggle out of Monty's grip even though I did get a low growl from him in response but I still did it.

I then tried my best to quietly leave Monty's room so I wouldn't wake him. Like geez when that gator is woken up before he's ready... oof I don't wanna talk about it.

It was honestly rather hard to leave his room quietly considering the automatic metal doors are so freaking loud. At least Monty is a deep sleeper because he didn't wake up after the door opened.

Once out the door I walked down rockstar row to the very first green room which was Freddy's. And as I was expecting yeah he was up his curtains were wide open but he was still with Bonnie making me think "Welp, looks like I'll have to get Freddy privately... at least that shouldn't be a problem since he's quite an understanding guy"

So with that I knock on the door receiving an answer from the bear

Glamrock Freddy: "Come in"

I then use my security card and scan it making the door do an "access granted" beep then open.

Glamrock Freddy: "Officer Luna, you are here early, I thought you were officer Vanessa"

Luna: "Haha nope I'm not her. I just never left the Pizzaplex last night, I stayed the night since it was already late and the security doors had already shut after we repaired Bonnie."

Glamrock Bonnie: "S-Sorry I made you stay after hours hun..." *disappointedly looks down and drops his ears*

That's when I couldn't help it and walked up to him doing the same thing I did to Monty last night with cupping his cheeks and sitting on his lap

Luna: "Aww Bon, it's not your fault love. You were hurt and I had to repair you. You've always been my favorite ever since I was a little girl before you even became a Glamrock"

Glamrock Bonnie: "Heh..."

As I was giving my bunny some snuggles Freddy realized I was hurt

Glamrock Freddy: "Luna, your shoulder you are hurt, I can sense it"

Luna: "Oh, that? Don't worry about it guys. It's just a small scratch Monty gave me last night but he already cared for it once he realized he did it.

Glamrock Freddy: "But look how badly he cut it its soaking through the bandages and soaking your uniform a little more"

Luna: "Pfff it's fine, yeah it's kinda bad but I know Monty he didn't mean to do it on purpose. He was just mad and accidentally lashed out. The wound isn't fatal so I'll be fine"

Freddy goes silent after that but still gives me a look of "How do you say that so calmly?! you are literally injured and are acting like it's nothing but a small cut!"

With that I sigh and get up off Bonnie's lap then tell Freddy why I'm not freaking out about it

Luna: *sighs* "Look Freddy, I know you're worried about me but truth be told I'm saying this so calmly because it's nothing new with being an Afton. Like I've had scratches like this before way worse ones too it's what comes with being an Afton because 1) we were always rough and tumble kids growing up especially with me and michael. Then 2) as an Afton we still get scratches like this all the time with being technicians. Like honestly you have no idea how many times me and michael got cuts like this from working on animatronics and cutting ourselves on their sharp jagged metal pieces or even lose wires at that. So like I said nothing new"

Glamrock Freddy: "That does make sense"

Luna: "Exactly"

Glamrock Freddy: "But if you do not mind me asking, why did you come to my room so early?"

Luna: "To talk with you about something"

Glamrock Freddy: "Well what are you waiting for, tell me I will always listen."

Luna: "Uhh, about that... I rather talk with you in private."

Glamrock Freddy: "Oh, uh ok."

That's when the the bear stands up and was about to walk out with me when bonnie pulls him back"

Glamrock Bonnie: "Freddy, you stay here with Luna, I will go."

Glamrock Freddy: "But Bonnie..."

Glamrock Bonnie: "Don't worry about it. I need to go back up to my bowling alley anyway to fix things up"

Glamrock Freddy: "Understandable"

The rabbit then gets up and kisses me on the head then thanks Freddy for the wonderful night and leaves.

Once I heard Bonnie's footsteps recede into the distance then disappear as he enters the main atrium I turn my attention back to Freddy. Freddy was now sitting at his vanity while he left me sitting on his bright red couch.

Glamrock Freddy: "What is it you wanted to talk about superstar?"

Luna: "Monty..."

Glamrock Freddy: "What about him?"

Luna: *sighs* "Freddy, he over heard you and Bonnie talking about him last night"

Glamrock Freddy: "Oh?"

Luna: "But it wasn't the good part of the conversation. He heard you say that he will never be as good as Bonnie, how Bonnie is far superior to him, and some other things too."

Glamrock Freddy: ......

Luna: "It really hurt him Freddy. I found him crying in his room last night because of it. He thinks you don't like him as a bass player and you only see him as some "Wanna be Bonnie" like he believes every one else sees him as. Hearing you say that made him feel unloved and not special. Heck he even said he wants to be decommissioned because he feels as if he should be removed from the band since he believes he will never be good enough to be a part of it no matter how hard he tries"

Glamrock Freddy: "What!...*tears up*... I-I never meant to hurt him like that. I-I love Monty, he is one of my best friends, I could never see him as a "Wanna be". *chokes out*...H-He is special in his own way and I-I love him for that. I-I grew really attached to him ever since Bonnie went missing... and h-hearing he wants to be decommissioned...I...I..." *can't finish and starts crying*

Once I saw Freddy start to cry that's when I got up and hugged him.

Luna: "Hey, hey, it's ok love. He's probably up by now so how about you just go tell Monty the truth I'm sure he'll understand it was just a miss understanding and that you do think he's good enough to be in the band still"

Glamrock Freddy: "O-Ok..."

With that I let go of Freddy and he wipes away his tears then stands up and starts to head out

A/n:
Another chapter done and well turns out I don't exactly have writer's block entirely yet but it is getting there.
So with that being said I hope you enjoyed the chapter it was approximately 1260 words in all by the end of it so until next time...
