Info:
I know the meaning of "Weeb" but I can still call myself one. The word "Weeb" was an insult at first to people who think they are Japanese because of their love for the culture but a friend told me that they changed it to the people who are really in love for the Japanese culture.
Difference:
The difference of Otaku and Weeb, correct me if I am wrong.
According to my source which is the internet, the difference between Otaku and Weeb is that Otaku is usually reffering to the people who love Anime and Manga sprcifically and Weebs, as I said earlier, are people who love the Japanese Culture.

When you recall something that is called "Waifu" or "Husbando" or "simp" or "trap" maybe even "kin" those words are used in anime, not just anime though, they are used in all sorts of things, but today J will be refferring to anime. First things first, Waifu's are anime girls, ladies, women, that anime fans use to imply that they like the character and consider them their "waifu's".
I like to think it comes from the word "wife" but I haven't seen a wiki that says that. The term husbando's then, are like waifu's but boys. It is used when someone has affecrion for a fictional character who is a boy or a man.
Simp, a lot of people use that word even in real life. It is when someone is almost really obsessed with someone that they could do everything for them. Some don't go as far as that but that's not even considered that much as a simp.
"Trap" that word has a weird meaning to tell but let me tell you. Trap is a term which is reffered to characters who are example a girl but looks like a boy. An example is Nagisa Shiota from Assasination Classroom whom is a boy but looks like a girl.
"Kin" is used to characters who you relate to and feel a connection to. Example: a person who is very shy and timid may say they kin a character for example Hinata Hyuga from Naruto or if you are not a Weeb, you can take Fluttershy for example.

Genre:
Genre is not a word specifically for anime but sometimes it is a guide used to identify which anime or manga you should read. Gory anime's are anime's that show (WARNING: MENTIONS OF BLOOD)
It is where there is bloodshed and violence for example when a limb is cut off.
Slice of life anime's meaning an anime that shows a normal life whereas the characters don't experience such trauma and violence. Example:Hyouka.
Shounen anime's are when the main character is a young teen boy between the age of 12-18 usually on an adventure.
Example: Naruto and One piece as one of the most popular.
