kipo and friends watch Sonic the hedgehog

At night they end up parking at a gas station with tom getting out, putting on a cap and tells Sonic he is going to check in with Wade and see if he knows what's going on.

("How?"-Kipo)
Sonic asks if he's going to see Wade in that glass thing and asks if it's a teleportation box. Tom explains it's a payphone for drug dealers and fugitives from the law and tells him to stay in the car and he doesn't want anyone seeing him in the car

"Are we technically fugitives?" Kipo asks curiously to which no one has an answer for

Tom goes into the pay phone as Sonic is pretending to drive the car but notices the people outside the bar with some driving bikes with some cars spitting out flames. Sonic thinks it the coolest thing on Earth but he has to stay there continues to look. Sonic is telling himself to be strong and notices some sunglasses up.

Tom calls Wade who explains that guys reminding him of the Men in Black but not as likeable or charming as Will Smith came asking questions if Tom was a terrorist.

Tom tells him not to tell them that they talked but Wade looks up at Robotnik and Agent Stone saying that they already know as the police department is filled with government agents in suits.

"Oh no" Dave mutters annoyed

Robotnik snatches the phone and tells Tom that the only other person who ever punched him in the face was the school bully in the cafeteria and asked if he knew what he did in response. Tom said he assumes he reported him to the principal's office because the behaviour is unacceptable.

"Absolutely" Kipo agrees

Robotnik explained that he examined the efficiency of a world where brawn trumped brain and he used technology to resolve that efficiency and the boy eat his meals through a straw for a year.

Everyone looks at the screen, once again worried what he'd do once the world's merge

Robotnik said he never lost a fight again until that day and Tom congratulated himself.

Robotnik said that Tom is about to be the bully with the straw and was about to explain what he will do when he catches him when Tom hung up.

Wade tells him that he hung up but Robotnik calls him Officer Brainfart and Wade said he could get an outside line. Robotnik tells him to just sit there and be 'you...seless'

Robotnik walks out followed by the other agents with Wade saying that he is telling people what happened along with asking if they were going to erase his memory.

Tom comes to the car from the gas station with snacks but notices Sonic is not there and then sees the bar, he goes inside and finds Sonic at a chair in a shirt, cowboy hat and sunglasses.

"That disguise sucks" Wolf says groaning, everyone else agrees entirely

Tom tells him that they are leaving but Sonic says there's a ZZ Top cover band. Sonic says that if they stay then he will promise that he won't say another word for the rest of the trip.

A waitress comes saying welcome to the Piston Pit with Sonic giving an order while commenting what a funny word 'quak' is. The waitress says no kid is allowed there and asked if he has got a mask on but Tom says he is 43 years old and suffers from a skin disease that stunts his growth.

Tom orders them a mellow yellow as she leaves. Tom says he owes him one as Sonic spins on the bar stool.

Tom asks if he wants to check it off the bucket list and has to explain to him that it's a list of things that you want to do in your life before you kick the bucket which Sonic takes literally.
