Chapter 30

A week before Christmas ...

It's West Bridge Academy's Christmas party, and every student and employee can't wait for this day to be over so that they can go on their holiday plans this season.

Andrea leaves her present under the small Christmas tree in their classroom, she's lucky that she picked Criza out of everyone because the latter's wishlist is very easy, unlike Jessica, who wants a really expensive perfume.

She can't wait to see Francine after the party because they plan to have a mini-date at a grocery store. They talked about getting to know each other more after Halloween and decided on a lot of things, like exchanging their favourite snacks for example.

"Magbabakasyon kayo no?" Jessica was intrigued, "Halatang excited ka."

Andrea shakes her head, "Staycation lang ulit kami." She said, "May lakad lang talaga ako mamaya."

"Criz!" Jessica called, "Come ..."

Criza approached them, "Bakit?"

"Tignan mo ng maayos si Blythe ..."

Criza raises a brow, "Okay?"

"May date siya mamaya no?"

"May date ka mamaya?" Criza smirked, "Kilala namin?"

"W-Wait, ba't niyo ako hina-hot seat?" Andrea steps back as the two keep on walking towards her, "Not now!"

Jessica nods, "So kilala nga namin."

"I agree." Criza looked around before leaning in, "Starts with letter F ba?"

"What—"

Criza smirked, "May second name din ba?"

"Stop!" Andrea covered their mouths, "I'm just gonna buy something later."

"Ey~" Jessica isn't convinced, "Susundan ka namin ni Criz mamaya."

"Nope!" Criza said before going back inside the classroom, "Ikaw lang."

Jessica furrows her brows, "Bakit?"

"Mag iimpake pa ako mamaya!"

Jessica scoffed, "You win today Blythe."

"I always win."

When their homeroom teacher finally arrived, the party started. They played games, won fun prizes, and watched a Christmas movie while eating the food they bought.

"Okay class twelve-one ..." Their homeroom teacher stood up as soon as the movie finished, "It's time!"

Andrea and the rest grab their gifts under the tree and form a big circle, just like what their homeroom teacher said. Everyone is anticipating to hand out their gifts and to know who picked them as well.

"Seth." Their homeroom called, "Your turn."

The class had their eyes on him, wanting to know who he picked in the box. Andrea even wants to know because Seth would get all three from your wishlist.

Criza nudges her, "Sino kaya nabunot ni Seth?"

Andrea shrugs, "We'll see ..."

Seth made his way to the front, scanning each one of his classmates for the thrill. He walks from one direction to another, playing with all of them. He then looks at Andrea's eyes and slowly goes up to her, at this point, everyone starts to cheer.

"Advance Merry Christmas." Seth smiled as he handed his gift to her, "Sana magustuhan mo yung pang apat." He leans a little closer to whisper, "See you around?"
