Not an early birds, she forced herself to get her butt of from the bed and enters the bathroom at 6:00 am.

Her eyes became freshmen after the cold water hit her feet slowly up to her abdomen before she changed to a warm shower.

In front of the mirror with a big towel wrapping her, her nose crunched.

"You should eat more, Mel." She sighed to herself.

She took her iPhone nearby and start looking for a song while getting ready. It will make her body wake up from those random dancing.

She called for a grab and it arrived on time when she get out from her door.

"Where to, Miss?"

"Martin Corporation."

"Oh. Did you work there?" The driver started to drive.

"Nope. I go for an interview." She answered casually.

After an hour, she arrived.

"Wish you the best, Miss!" The driver shouted from the car. She quickly looked back and nodded before running away to the main door since everyone has been looking at her.

She took a deep breath before continuing her walking.

With a clean comb and a bun, matching with her pretty old white blouse and pants, she's walking confidently towards the receptionist area.

"Excuse me."

"Yes? Is there anything I can help with?" Once the woman who looks like in her early thirty hear Melissa, right away she's stood up and curved a professional smile.

"Yeah. I'm coming here for an interview." Melissa said.

"For a maid, Miss?"

"Yeah, that one."

"You can go straight until you saw the lifts. The interview place will be held on floor 99th.

"Which floor?"

"99th, Miss." She smiled.

Melissa's eyes widen as she unconsciously said. "So tall."

The receptionist giggled before Melissa thanked and walked to her destination.

The lift door opened as she stepped out from it. She's in awe of the interior design. However, her eyes quickly notice a long white table.

'That's must be the receptionist one.'

"Excuse me."

"Y-yes?" This one receptionist looked a bit nervous from the previous one.

"I came for an interview," Melissa said, looking start her making her more anxious.

"Is it for the hiring maid?" The other receptionist who suddenly showed up took a place.

"Yeah." Melissa doesn't really mind.

"May I get your name, Miss?"

"Melissa Pierce."

"This is your number. We will call you when your time is arrived. The waiting area is beside this hall, you can wait for a while there."

"Oh. Ok, thanks."

"No problem, Miss."

Melissa run to the waiting area and see a few people already waiting for their names to be called.

Waiting for several minutes before her name got called. She knocked on the huge wood door before entering.

She saw a woman sitting on the table, organising the scattered papers on her desk before looking up at her.

"Miss Pierce?"

"I am."

The other party hold up her hand to handshake and Melissa caught it firmly. It reminds her of the past.

"Penelope Scott." Melissa smiled.

"Ok, should we start our interview?" Penelope asked, offering a seat to Melissa.

"Sure." Melissa comfortably sits on the fluffy chair after giving out her background document.

"So, you are 27 years old?" Penelope asked, looking at the files.

"Yes, I am."

"Not married yet?"

"Nope."

"Wow, you had a potential background in business studies, why are you applying for a maid job?" Penelope's eyes widen in surprise.

Melissa was silent for a while before answering.

"I'm not suited being in the business field. Plus, I prefer a not hectic lifestyle. So, I think being a maid won't be bad."

"I see." Penelope nodded.

"Are you good in cooking?"

"Very well."

"Do you good with children?"

"Not really."

"Is it? Why?" Penelope is curious.

"It's not in a bad way. I just don't know how to interact with them in a very friendly way. Sometimes, they might get scared of me so it's hard for me to approach them."

"Ah...because Miss Pierce, our CEO has a 5 years old daughter. So, sometimes if he visits the Villa, the little girl will come too."

"Oh."

"But I think you don't have to worry about that since you will only work as a maid in the kitchen."

"Ah..ok. I think I can manage that."

"Sure, you will." Penelope closed the files and give it back to Melissa.

"I think that's all for our interview today. We will call you if you got accepted it not." Penelope stood up.

"Sure, thank you so much, Miss Scott." Melissa smiled before she went out.

Penelope dialled a number and it picked up within 2 ringings.

"Speak." The other party questions coldly.

"It's Penelope, Sir. I think I already found the person who can handle the Villa. Should I explain it to you?"

"Come to my office."

"Sure, sir." The phone was hang up and Penelope quickly leave her office and arrived at the top floor of the building.
