Turns out Kiara wasn't aloud anybody staying at her house because Midsummers was in a few days.
Her mum and Dad wanted her to get a good nights sleep. They called it 'beauty sleep' ready for midsummers.
She dropped me off at my house.
I walk in quietly.
"Where have you been?" I get startled by Kelce's mothers voice.
Her name was Anna.I didn't call her mother, she wasn't my mother.
"Out, at the movie" I notice Kelce stood next to her, his face bleeding.
He held frozen pees on his face.
"With who?" She raised a brow, she knows.
Kelce told her-
I look at him, he shakes his head a little.
"Sarah why? What happened to Kelce?" I knew Sarah would back me up without question."Some thugs from the cut jumped him" Anna hissed, her eyes darting to mine.
'Thugs from the cut?'
Really?
"How do you know that they were from the cut?" My voice was a little defensive, how dare they.
They've got life so easy.
With their money."I could tell, no respect! Trashy and just rude!" Kelce stood up, telling me to shut my mouth or I'd regret it.
He'd tell Anna the truth.
That I was with the 'thugs' that jumped him.
"I don't usually judge those sort of people- but they've really done it now" Anna shook her head kissing Kelce's cheek."Those sort of people? Do you not hear yourself?" My mouth was running faster then my brain.
Why does it always do that?
"Excuse you- don't be so defensive! If they were good people why do you have to defend them?" Anna raised her brows questioning me, she didn't see me as one of them anymore.
"Did you forget where I came from? Those thugs are the people I've grown up with" I fired back straight away."You were never one of them! You know that Alexia" she laughs humourlessly, she thought this was funny?
"I've lived on the cut longer then I've lived here?" It's like the other 16 years of my life don't matter.
That they never existed.
"Keep being rude and you'll go live there again or better yet across the river young lady" she pointed her finger with a stern importance.I watch as she walks up the stairs going to bed.
"I told you to shut your mouth- why can't you fucking listen? You do realise we are doing you a favour right? We owe you nothing! You owe us everything" Kelce walked of towards his room, his room was on the bottom floor.
Fucking asshole.
I walk upstairs, shutting my bedroom door as soon as I get in there.I strip my shirt off quickly, it was hot.
I forgot to open my windows and now all the hot air was just sat in my room.
I open my windows sitting on my bed.
My eyes become heavy fairly quickly.JJ Maybank POV
I notice her windows open, I climb up the rose holders that looked like a ladder.
Climbing through quietly, last thing I want is to be done for breaking and entering.
I step into her room, seeing her led down.
I should've knocked-
I notice her in just her shorts and bra, her shirt scattered on the floor.I step back hitting my back off the corner of her window as I try to escape.
"Fuck-" I gasp, that hurt.
My eyes widen when I notice I've woken the girl.
"What the hell are you doing?" She jumps up out of bed.
My eyes try to just stare at her face but, she's wearing a red bra.
Reds my favourite colour-"I- I uh" I couldn't even form words, the truth was I was here to tell her why I give her such a hard time.
After she embarrassed me back there I thought I could at least tell her why In fact I disliked her so much.
"JJ? You don't look so good-" she noticed my uneasy behaviour straight away.
That's the cons of knowing someone for years."You want to get dressed first or something?" My eyes wonder down to her chest, hoping she gets the memo.
They were nice boo-
"You really haven't got some in a while" she laughs at me, clicking her fingers in my face snapping me out of my thoughts.
"You want to feel em?" My eyes snap up to hers, she did not just say that.
