The Chance In Fate

Chapter 3

Lauren's POV 

Me and the girl's finally got done a long day at the studio. We were driving home, but I realized that I was really hungry since I hadn't had a meal all day. "Hey girls?" I got a chorus of "Yeah's." "Do you want to grab some food before we go back to the apartment?" Before anyone else could answer, Camz decided we would eat. She said "Is that even a question?! Of course we want to eat! I would never turn down a meal!" Wow...Shocker! I decided to ask where we should go, and we all agreed to go to the pizza place that was down the road from the studio. We sat there for a while, but all of a sudden I smelt smoke. I turned to the girls and said "Do you guys smell that? It smells like something is on fire." All of a sudden, we looked out the window of the pizza place and we saw a house on fire. We all ran outside and Ally called 911. I looked at the house and I saw a figure by the window. I don't know what came over me, but I ran into the house and ran up the steps to help whoever was in that house. "Is anyone in here?" I heard a small whimper. I ran into the room that I heard the noice come from and found a girl laying on the floor hardly breathing. I scooped her up in my arms and quickly carried her down the steps and outside as quick as I could. When I got back outside the paramedics and fire department were already here and the paramedics took the girl from my arms and put her in the back of the vehicle. They asked if anyone wanted to go with the ride. They usually don't let anyone other then family ride, but I was allowed since I was the one that helped her out of the building. I was so scared for her, I just wanted to make sure that she was okay, I wanted to know where her parents were and why nobody was with her at that time of night. I help her hand even though she did not know me and she did not even know I was there. I just wanted to make sure that she was okay. I wanted this girl to feel safe.

Chloe's POV

I looked around at the people around me. I can't believe my idols are right in front of me. How can this be possible. I noticed that they were talking to me, but I just started to listen to what they were saying. Lauren: "Hey baby, how are you feeling?" "Hi, U-um I-I'm A-alright. My h-head hurts a lot though." Ally: "Do you need anything to drink sweetheart?" "Can I umm maybe have a g-glass of water?" "Sure thing sweetheart." Ally went to the sink and got me a cup of water before coming back beside my hospital bed. "T-thank y-you." "Of course sweetheart!" I looked over at the rest of the girls, Camila was sleeping on Dinah's shoulder and Normani and Dinah were looking at me with a type of face that looked like they were trying to figure out a mystery. It was kind of creepy if I do say so myself! Ally: "Oh my goodness!" Everyone snapped their necks to look at Ally. Dinah: "What is it Allycat?" Ally: "I just realized that we never introduced ourselves!" Dinah: "Oh yeah." Lauren: "So, I am Lauren! The short nugget over there that keeps saying sweetheart is Ally! The two creepers that keep staring at you is Dinah and Normani and finally the one sleeping on Dinah is Camila." Lauren says while pointing at each girl. I already know all of this though, since these girls are basically the only reason that I am alive today. These girls have saved my life so many times and I have no idea how to thank them! "I suppose, I should introduce myself then. My name is Chloe! I know who all of you girls are because I am such a huge fan. I would listen to your music or watch your interviews every time that something at the house would get bad. I would hide away in a room and just zone out listening to whatever you girls were saying or singing depending on what I was watching." All the girls: "Awww!!!! That's so cute!" It was weird how I told them all of that, and how they just said that at the same time! Sometimes I think these girls have magical powers where they know when to say the same thing at the same time, it is the only way this is possible. All of a sudden all the girls are looking at me and started laughing. Now I am convinced that these girls have magical powers! How else would they know what I am saying?! Lauren: "We might know what you are saying because you just said all of that out loud!" "Oops..sorry." Camila: "There is no need to be sorry lovely, I think it was cute!" I just started blushing! I don't know why but I guess Mila saying that something I did was cute just got to me!
