Chloe's POV
I suddenly awaken to the sound of crackling and the smell of smoke. I can't see around my room because it is so smokey, but I suddenly feel a pair of arms around me carrying me out of the fire. I am taken to the hospital to make sure I am okay. I have to stay over night because they want to really make sure I am okay, and they can't get ahold of my foster parents. I honestly hope they don't get ahold of them either because I know that if they do, my foster parents will blame me for the fire and I will get beaten.
********************************The next morning I wake up a little confused of where I am at. Once I remember what happened yesterday, then I immediately know where I am. I suddenly look up and see some very familiar faces staring at me with concerned looks on there faces. Am I dreaming?? They can't really be in front of me, they can't possibly be concerned about me. I see there lips moving they are talking to me,but I am to shocked to understand what they are saying.
