In the familiar forest we see two beings exchanging blows there was a huge western blue dragon and a boy who was taking every hit of the dragon like it was nothing. The dragon didn't knew what this kid was she was shocked when one of her most powerful move couldn't even scratch this kid.
" Kid I don't know who you are but no one can take that attack head on and survive without a single scratch I am Impressed " said tiamat
" Thanks for the compliment but I will like to finish this battle so don't hold back give it your best shot " said Issei " Is that so, you asked for it kid " as tiamat said that a blue ball of energy started forming and was blasted towards Issei. Tiamat had used all of her energy in this one single attack as a last resort but now she was exhausted and won't be able to fight and wished that this was enough to give her the victory .
" Is that all you got " said Issei . As tiamat heard that voice she was frozen on the spot as the smoke slowly cleared tiamat was terrified of what she saw not even a single scratch was on Issei's body
" Now my turn " said Issei and pointed a finger toward's tiamat and a small magic ball formed and was blasted towards tiamat direction . Tiamat who was frozen at the spot saw the attack coming and was going to dodge the attack but it was too late . The attack hit her and send her flying towards a mountain. " Kid who are you ? " said tiamat weakly while getting up from where she crash landed
" It doesn't matter who I am but I have a proposal for you " said Issei . " And what might that be " said tiamat " Listen you have two options first join me in my goal or go against me and suffer the consequences the choice is yours " said Issei waiting for an answer
" And what might your goal be " said tiamat
" I want to build a faction " said Issei.
" What a faction. And how do you intend to do that " said Tiamat
" I have my ways . Now tell me what will you choose or do you prefer to stay neutral" said Issei

" Very well " said Issei and purple light covered him . Tiamat couldn't see what was going on and after the light started to fade tiamat saw something that could only be described as a power house instead of Issei there a dragon which was releasing a powerful aura .
