This is gonna be another rewrite au...yeah I know XD but! It's very different, (y/n) doesn't make any major changes to d1 and so Harry n Gil end up saying on the isle, and pretty much everything goes with canon except (y/n)s there and still Ben's bff. Nine months ago, you had somehow been transported from your world to the world of Disney's Descendants; and you had ended up three months before the first movie even began! Ben and his friends, Chad and Audrey, had been the three to find you a little ways away from Auradon prep where you had actually fallen from the sky into the field. And after some explanations, FG had attempted to send you home, to no avail...yeah you were immune to magic for some reason, FG suggested it was because your body just-didn't know magic was being performed on so it didn't respond.
So now, nine months later, here you were. Still in the Descendants world, and honestly; thriving. You were chilling as the captain of the roar team, meaning Chad had no business being the asshole he usually was, along with Lonnie and a couple of other girls being on the team alongside you. It was nice, and then one day, you realized you had entered the direct timeline of D2, when Mal was outside with the reporters, wearing that white dress and her hair in the side bun.
She zoned out for a good moment and you realized she was daydreaming about the ways to be wicked sequence; which she was soon knocked out of by a reporter and then Ben came to her rescue a moment later.
You bit into the apple you had been eating and walked away, lowering your eyes to the book you had been reading a moment before Mal had caught your attention. Behind you, you heard Evie call out for Mal and pull her away, ben waving her goodbye before he was rushed by reporters. He gave a nervous chuckle, glancing towards you as you turned to look at him amused. He desperately mouthed to you; 'help me' and you laughed, closing your book and walking over to him, grabbing his arm and pulling him away; the reporters surprisingly letting you do so.
