Genjo joins his brothers and Theon in the woods. The silent wolf has a smile on his face as he watches his brother, Bran, laugh while riding a horse with the new saddle designed by Tyrion Lannister, he looks to Robb, seeing him smile too.

"Not too fast", the eldest speaks over brans laughs.

The crippled boy only spurs the horse on more, "come on, dancer"

"When are you gonna tell him?", Theons rough voice cuts the relaxed atmosphere.

Robb glances at his friend, "not now"

"Blood for blood. You need to make the Lannisters to pay for Jory and the others"

Robb face hardens, "you're talking about war"

Theon rebuts, "I'm talking about justice"

"Only the Lord of Winterfell can call in the bannermen and raise an army"

Theon straightens, "A Lannister put his spear through your father's leg. The Kingslayer rides to Casterly Rock where no one can touch-"

Genjo finally steps in, face cold and hands moving harshly, 'you want Robb, to march on Casterly Rock?', Theon looks at him, but points to Robb.

"He's not a boy anymore. They attacked your father. They've already started the war. It's your duty to represent your House when your father can't"

Robb hits Theon were he knows it'll hurt, "and it's not your duty, because it's not your house", the three fall silent- the silence makes Brans absence obvious.

Genjo surveys the woods, 'wheres Bran?'.

Theon looks between the two Starks, "I don't know. It's not my house", he then walks away, making Genjo glare.

The two Starks walk through the woods, looking for their brother. They find him surrounded by wildlings, while Robb speaks Genjo looks at the six wildling near his brother. He pulls his two blades from his back, rushing the three on one side of the horse, he dodges one of their axes and slices the mans stomach open, he then twirls the blades before pushing them behind him and into the other two wildling men. He hears their bodies drop to the floor and can see their crimson blood pool beneath his feet. When he looks up he sees a man with a knife to brans throat, "Robb!", his brothers voice wavers with fear.

The wildling tightens his grip, "shut up!", he then looks between the other two Starks, their blades dripping with blood, "drop the blades!"

"No, don't", again Genjo can hear the fear in Brans voice.

"Do it", the words are joined by the blade digging into brans neck. The man jerks, coughing up blood, an arrow protruding his chest.

Genjo races to Brans body, 'are you all right, little wolf?', Bran watches his older brothers hands, nodding his head.

"Yes, it doesn't hurt"

Theon walks to the group, cockily, "Tough little lad. In the Iron Islands, you're not a man until you've killed your first enemy. Well done"

Robb only seems angry by the words, and the actions of Theon "Have you lost your mind? What if you'd missed?"

Theon bites back, "He would have killed you and cut Bran's throat"

Robb steps towards Theon, "you don't have the right-"

"To what, to save your brother's life? It was the only thing to do, so I did it"

The stark deflates, "what about her?", he points to the wilding woman on the floor.

The ragged woman kneels before Robb, "Give me my life, my lord, and I'm yours"

All eyes snap to Genjo, who lifts his hands, "we'll keep her alive. She can work in the castle", Robb nods and the woman sighs, assuming she's safe. Genjo then lifts Bran, carrying him home.

In his room, Genjo reads a scroll while Maester Luwin stands over his shoulder, "your mother in in the Eyrie, with your aunt

In his room, Genjo reads a scroll while Maester Luwin stands over his shoulder, "your mother in in the Eyrie, with your aunt. She has taken Tyrion Lannister there to answer for his crimes", the old man watches Genjos head hang.

'We don't even know if it was Tyrion', he stands, throwing the scroll into the fire, 'by taking him prisoner, she has started a war'

Luwin watches he boy he taught, "my lord, not even you can do everything, you put to much weight on yourself", he puts a hand on the young mans shoulder.

'I have to try. We can't got to war. Winter is coming and we need to keep our supplies to see it through'

Luwin decides to change the subject, hoping to bring his lord some peace, "I've noticed you've been spending a lot of time with Adonis", Genjos head snaps up.

'So?'

Luwin smiles, "he's a great man, very kind and humble... he likes you too. He's been coming to me for lesson on sign language", a blush spreads across Genjos cheeks.

'We talk most days, and he gives good council', the grey man chuckles, patting the stark before walking away, giving one last word.

"It's good to have friends, Genjo. You don't need to do everything alone"
