The person immediately backed away slowly while keeping his hands up. “Hey, I am sorry, I just saw a bunny running in circles and thought it needed. I didn’t mean any harm.” They backed away some more. “I won’t bother you. I’ll leave.” The person immediately ran away. Dimitri still felt scared. He hid as far as he could under the seat even though he could hear Javier’s voice. He wanted to make sure the person left, and Javier jump back into the truck before coming out
Javier sighed and jumped in the truck. “Bunny come out the person is gone.” He stated and calmed himself. Once he was calm enough, he shook the salad he had bought for the bunny. “I bought you a salad.” He said with a kinder tone. He wanted his bunny to come out from hiding. Javier never trusted anyone with his rabbit. He loved the rabbit. “Bunny I promise it is safe to come out.” He spoke kindly again as a way to lure his white rabbit.
Dimitri continued to sit for a while before he heard the salad shake. His ears perked up before he slowly maneuvered his way out from hiding. Once he was out from hiding, he tried his best to get bac up onto the seat by himself. He fell a couple of times before he used the door to help himself up. Once he was up on the seat, he had sniffed the air curiously. He really hated waiting, especially when it came to food
Javier looked at his waiting rabbit and opened the salad. “Here bunny.” He said with a smile. Javier had grown feelings for his rabbit, but he kept them hidden. “Hey Bunny? Do you happen to want to look for a mate.?” He asked curiously. Javier then started the truck to leave before someone tries to hurt him or the rabbit. Once he started to drive, he waited to hear what his rabbit was to say.
Dimitri immediately turned back into his humanly form before taking the salad. As soon as he heard the Alpha mention a mate his face immediately burned a bright red. "I actually haven't thought about it yet. I've been having such a good time with you that finding a mate had slipped my mind." Dimitri immediately went for the sliced cucumbers before anything else. He wanted to stuff his face before, so he didn't accidentally let his feelings slip out. His fluffy tail wagged actually liking the fact that the Alpha had actually asked about his thoughts about a mate. When he swallowed what was in his mouth he immediately turned towards the Alpha. "Having a mate would be helpful and all but there are consequences I rather stay away from for a while. The main one is a litter. I'm not ready to have a litter at all, it'll be way too much stress. I also wouldn't be able to perform with you, I like doing that but having a litter would take that away." Dimitri mumbled. "Plus, there wouldn't be any cuddle time... I like our cuddle time; it helps me relax..." Dimitri immediately closed his salad and climbed into Javier's lap before hugging him tightly. "I don't want anyone to take me away from you... The idea of finding a mate scares me now..." Dimitri whimpered. "You've treated me amazingly for a large portion of my life and losing you would be devastating... You even took me in after those kids hurt me... You took me away from my terrible brother... I hate the idea of a mate pulling me away from you..." Dimitri whimpered more as he gripped onto the Alpha's shirt.
His smiled faded as Javier listened to his bunny. "Hey its ok. I don't blame you for not wanting kids. I mean I don't hate kids, but I also don't want them to carry my magic genes. I was a freak as a kid. I never want a kid to be bullied." He stated as he placed a hand on the White Rabbit's back. Rubbing it in circles Javier placed a kiss on Dimitri's head. "What If you were to be my Mate?" he asked curiously. As by now Javier can be straight forward at times. "If you were my mate we would never be separated, And I can hold you, be close with you, help you, and care for you." he said as he was wanting the other to keep the option in mind
Dimitri looked up at the Alpha with a bright blush. He was silent for a moment before turning back into a rabbit. He immediately hopped over to his salad and opened it up feeling extremely embarrassed. His tail wiggled happily which shown Javier that he didn't hate the idea. Dimitri just felt embarrassed about it and wanted to hide. He looked at Javier as he pulled a tomato out of the container and ate it. He turned away trying to calm down. Once his tomato was done, he had taken a quick glance at Javier before jumping back onto his lap. As he hit Javier's lap, he turned back into his humanly form before kissing Javier on the lips. He felt embarrassed yet he couldn't hide his feelings anymore
Pulling to the side of the road. Javier was taken by surprise when the white rabbit kissed him. But he didn't deny the kiss. Instead, he kissed back, placing a hand behind Dimitri's head to hold the rabbit there. Javier finally pulled away from the rabbit. His eyes were slightly dazed. "Bunny? Do you want me to be you mate?" he asked as he turned the truck off. He was slightly afraid that his rabbit was either in heat or starting the effects of heat. "Bunny we have to get him." he said a bit upset about ruining their mood.
Dimitri gave the Alpha a soft nod as he hugged him tightly. He was silent and didn't do anything other than hug the Alpha. He wasn't in heat and was just in a cuddly mood. "I'm glad you told me how you feel. I've had feelings for you for as long as I can remember." Dimitri whispered. "Just hearing you ask about me being your mate my heart skipped a beat. It makes me happy just thinking about us being mates, I would never lose my Javi to somebody else." Dimitri giggled before moving back to the passenger seat. "I'm excited to become your mate but could we wait a tiny bit more? Maybe after two more of my heats? We need to discuss some things with our performances for when we perform after we mate." Dimitri mumbled as he continued to eat his salad.
Javier nodded and started up the truck. “I understand you wanting to wait, but you know how hard it will be after the fact I have chose you to be my mate? Your heat will heighten too a knew level of pain.” He knew this from reading books. Some came from different worlds. So, he was advance in knowledge. He didn’t want his bunny in pain so he would so anything and everything to keep his rabbit from the pain. That is if they wanted their help. Once Javier got back on the road, he was quiet. He was normally this quiet when he was driving about.
