The little boy growled some more just to let his father know he was still upset. "You make me sick.” Soon enough the police had arrived and arrested the leader. An ambulance had arrived with the police. As soon as they saw Dimitri, they had put him on a stretcher and rushed him to the hospital.

Before Javier could leave and follow the ambulance a police officer had pulled him aside to ask questions. There was another officer questioning the little boy just a bit away. Once the first officer was done asking Javier some questions the second officer had walked up to him. "Excuse me sir, the little boy over there has requested to stay with you and help you with anything just to make up for his father's actions. He said he had never known what his father did for a living and he deeply regrets not learning sooner." The officer looked over at the little boy who had been staring blankly at the ground the entire time.

Javier looked at the kid then at Dimitri. "It's up to my rabbit. But if he's ok with it then the kid can stay with us. But you mist ask Dimitri's permission." He said as he felt bad for the kid. But he needed the Rabbit's permission. He hoped the white rabbit would let the kid stay

The officer gave Javier a soft nod as they looked back at the kid. "Alright, we'll escort the both of you to the hospital. I'm sure your rabbit will have to stay there for a while so I suggest you stop by your house and grab things to stay for a couple days." The officer explained. "We'll take the kid there unless you want him to ride with you." The officer offered. All of a sudden, the kid popped up and tugged on the edge of Javier's shirt. "Please?" He mumbled. "That bunny is yours, right? I'm a bunny like him. These people around look scary but you give off a calming aura. Even if I can't stay with you could I still ride with you?" The boy asked.

Javier nodded at the officer before looking down at the kid. "Alright you can Ride with me and my friends." He said as he whistled for the two idiots that were still at their assigned spots. Jackal and Max came down as they looked down at the kid then at Javier. "I'll get the car. Cause I don't trust Max." The female Said before literally disappearing. The man named Max went to the kid and knelt down. "Your a bean." He said before patting the kid's head. Javier picked the kid up. "What’s your name Kid?" He asked the child in his arms.

6. The officer gave Javier a soft nod before walking off back to their vehicle. The little boy was slightly spooked by the two suddenly appearing. When Max had knelt down in front of him, he had slightly backed away. He of course wasn't really fond of people, just like Dimitri, he was a rabbit after all. When the boy was picked up by Javier, he had calmed down from the rush of anxiety Max had given him. He looked down while feeling ashamed to look Javier in the eyes until he was asked for his name. The boy looked up at the magician then smiled widely now realizing who Javier was. "My name's Nikita, but I like going by Ni-Chan. I know who you are, my father has always brought me to every one of your shows!" Nikita's excitement immediately turned to sadness as he looked away. He had realized the other rabbit was Dimitri, his idol. Nikita started to wipe his tear-filled eyes as he clenched onto Javier's shirt tightly. "I hate my dad... I hate him... He hurt my idol... He hurt Dimitri... He hurt one of our own..." Nikita cried out angrily. "I need to apologize to Dimitri... I want to see him... I love Dimitri..."

Javier couldn't help but smile. "Come on let’s go see if Dimitri will let you stay with us." He said with a smile and all. He was glad when the car came to a halt. "Here go in the back seat and Buckle up ok." He said setting the Nikita down.  He then went to the car and went to the back of the car. "Jackal to the hospital please." He asked the female in the drivers side as he waited for Nikita to get in the car. He didn’t entirely Trust Max to sit in the back seeing how the poor kid reacted to just being held by him.

Nikita immediately got into the vehicle with Javier and sat close to him. He buckled himself up and tried to stay as far away from Max as he could. He didn't know Max which made him sorta scared. As they were making their way to the Hospital Nikita had started to fall asleep against Javier. He was pretty much asleep until he had heard an ambulance pass by. He immediately became spooked by the sounds and turned into his rabbit form, which was extremely small. Nikita's ears ears laid back as he let out soft, unhappy squeaks. Nikita clearly had trouble trying to turn back into his humanly form but was finally able to when he had been spooked again by almost being launched off the seat.

As soon as they made it to the hospital Dimitri had already been transferred to a recovery room. He had already been patched up but he had to be on bed rest until his larger wounds had healed. When Javier and Nikita walked into Dimitri's room, Dimitri had been fast asleep until Nikita had let out a unsettling whine. Dimitri slowly woke up and scanned around the room before spotting Javier and Nikita. Nikita noticed that Dimitri had woken and decided to walk up to him. He had been ready to say something before Dimitri pulled the boy close and held him to his chest.

Dimitri let out a weak squeak as he held the boy. "My sweet little Kit." Dimitri's voice had sounded rough and sorta raspy as if he had a dry throat. Nikita was sorta spooked but just looked at Javier with an embarrassed blush. "Um... He thinks I'm his child..." Nikita mumbled.
