Chapter 16

Allison's POV.

"Where are they?" I asked Matthew. We were at my house and we were looking for my mom and Harry.
"I don't know they're probably still on their date."
"But they've been gone for 3 hours."
"Did your mom answer?"
"No did your dad?"
"Nope." Suddenly the door opened and my mom and Harry came in. They had very big smiles on their faces.
"What's going on?" I asked.
"Allison,Matthew we have something to tell you." My mom said.
"What?" I asked. My mom and Harry both looked at each other.
"I asked Taylor to marry me." Harry said. At first I was shocked at how soon this was all happening but then happiness came.
"What did you say?" I asked.
"I said yes." Mom said. I squealed while Matthew hugged his dad. I hugged my mom and smiled. Mom and Harry stepped away and started chatting about arrangements while Matthew and I stated talking.
"So are you gonna think this will be weird that we're step brother and step sister?" Matthew asked me.
"No I mean maybe at first but who knows maybe it'll make us stronger in our relationship."
"Yea maybe oh hey I found the perfect nickname."
"Perfect nickname for what?" Harry asked. Him and mom came over to us.
"We'll ever since me and Allison met I've been trying to figure out the perfect nickname for her and I finally got one."
"Okay so what is it?" Harry asked. He looked at me and smiled.
"Angel." I let out a small laugh.
"Because my name starts with an A?"
"Well that and every time I see you I see beauty and sweetness like the look of an angel." I smiled really big. I leaned over and kissed him. He kissed me back.
"Do you like the nickname?" Matthew asked. I giggled.
"It's perfect." I said kissing him again.
