"Alright everyone we're up against Nekoma now." Coach Ukai put his hands on his hips. "Kiyoko?"
"We went against them twice yesterday," She flipped through her notebook, "Lost both. 17 to 25 and then 19 to 25."
The team looked down at their feet.
"Then we'll just make sure to win today then!" Hinata said, trying to brighten the mood.

The ball hit the floor as everyone's jaws dropped.
"He just-" Yachi muttered.
The tall, silver haired first year called Lev, who you were introduced to yesterday fulfilled his promise.
He peered down at Hinata with his green eyes from the other side of the net.
"What did I tell ya? I told you I'd stop that quick of yours."
Hinata grit his teeth as Lev turned around.
The next few plays went downhill. A set was sent to Asahi, but Hinata didn't pay attention and ended up bumping into him, causing Nekoma to gain a point.
"The whole team is thrown off now..." You muttered.
"I think..." Yachi looked at you, "I think Hinata is trying to hit the ball with his eyes open."
"Is-Is that so?" You turned your attention back to the game, being shocked by the yelling.
"Oh shut up boke!"
"I want to get stronger Kageyama! I don't want to close my eyes anymore-"
Everyone gasped at his sudden words.
"IT'S NOT THE TIME RIGHT NOW!" The raven haired boy shouted, clearly angered at his partner.
"We can't keep doing this," Hinata put his arm out, "It clearly isn't working!"
"You learned to do the normal quick because it was all you could handle." Kageyama clenched his fists and walked up to Hinata. "If you want to do it this game, I'm not going to set to someone who I know will miss." He stormed off back to his previous position.
"It seems like Hinata and Kageyama just had an argument." Yachi whispered.
"Mhm, but it's not just them. The moment Hinata ran into Asahi... they all started to get nervous." Kiyoko responded.
Karasuno lost to Nekoma for the third time and had to do flying laps yet again.
"So it's safe to assume you guys that you guys are the weakest of the teams here, right?" Takers Sensei told everyone who gathered around him.
"That's a bit harsh don't you think?" You whispered to Yachi who nodded in return.
"Well the fact that you are weak as you are means that there is potential for growth."
The boys looked up from there feet and bowed, "Thank you!" They said in unison.

The next practice match was played against Fukurodani. Coach Ukai replaced Hinata with Narita. He sat on the bench the whole game, clenching his fists on his thighs while watching with jealous eyes.
"Hey... Hinata..." You sat down next to him since you felt bad about his situation.
"H-Hey Y/n-chan..." He looked up at you slowly.
"Look, I know how you're feeling right now and, well..." You bent over to look at his downward face.
"Look Hinata... Kageyama is..." You bit your lip, "...you know? He'll warm up eventually, don't worry. It's great that you are trying to get better and I know you can do it. I think he's just stressed right now since we aren't really doing well..." You looked down at the floor, "I-I mean you are doing well! I mean like not by, uhm, you guys are doing well-"
