The Shopping

"Bet you five bucks she doesn't like the next 4!" Meredith turns to Callie.
"10 says she doesn't like the next 7!" She replied.
"20 says she doesn't even get one from this shop!" Arizona turned to the two.
"25 says she gets the perfect one." April said as they all turned and glared at her.
"Way to take the fun out of it!" Callie moaned to her.
"Uh! I did not!"
"Watch this." Meredith leaned in and whispered to Callie and Arizona.
"What?" They whispered in unison.
"Hey April?" Meredith turned to her.
"Yeah?"
"How's Jackson doing?"
"Wha- How would I know? I-I don't even- Pffft don't be redicu- I have no idea." She stuttered before going red and looking away.
"Uh-hu!" Meredith laughed.
"You ready?" Lexie called through from the back of the shop.
"Yeah!" Callie shouted.
"Woo! Come on down, Lexie!" Arizona called.
"Woohoo!" April clapped along.
"What do you guys think?" Lexie pulled the door back to reveal a stunning white dress with pearls lining the hem of the dress and then it having a beautiful fishtail effect down the bottom. Then around the waist were more pearls which went all the way round the fishtail bottom.
"Wow!"
"Beautiful!"
"Perfect!"
"Can we go now? Do you like that one enough?" Meredith sighed sarcastically.
"Come on, Mer! This is my wedding dress we're buying! Not some little dress for a party!" Lexie looked at her with giant puppy dog eyes.
"Fine! OK you're right. It's gorgeous, Lex. Really." She chuckled.
"Thank you. Now I have my little black and white camera down there can someone take a picture?"
Meanwhile Mark and Derek walked along the pathway through the park, sipping coffees.
"You nervous? It's getting closer."
"Course I'm nervous. I'm terrified."
"Yeah well you better be. The Greys are insane, but beautifully insane." Derek chuckled.
"Yeah. I know! What I don't know is whether I want it to come quicker or for everything to slow down." he sipped his coffee before looking onwards to children playing in a park.
"Well from my experience, you want both."
"Ha! Yeah you're right I probably do. Look at all those cute kids. Sofia loves that park. I always tell her that only the cutest kids can go there." He laughed, not realising what he'd said.
"Mark?"
"Yeah" he turned to look at Derek who looked at him questionably.
"Is Lexie pregnant?"
"What? No! Not that I know of! Why do you ask? What do you know?" His eyes almost popped out his head, thinking Derek knew something he didn't.
"No reason. Just the way you were acting. That's all." he smirked as they came to the end of the path.
"I gotta run Mark. Meredith's with your fiancé so I need to pick Zola up. See you later."
"See ya!" Mark chucked his empty coffee cup in the bin before heading home.
"Teddy are you ready?" Henry shouted through the apartment.
"Nearly!" She shouted from the bathroom.
"Jeez! You've been doing your make-up for half hour. How long do you need?"
"Just that!" She came running out.
"We are just going to lunch. What's the big deal?" He asked as he opened the front door.
"Nothing I just wanted to look nice." She shrugged.
"Well I think you always look beautiful. Even when you wake up in the morning and your hair is messy and you have drool on your cheek."
"I do not drool." she chuckled walking down to hail a cab.
"Oh yea you do." He laughed opening the door for her to climb in.
"Oh yeah? Well you snore. Loudly too."
"Ooh not a good conversation! Were to folks?" The cab driver smiled.
"Bay View Restaurant please." Henry smiled.
"Okey dokey." the cab driver pulled out and headed for the address.
"Call it." Cristina said to her intern.
"Wha- But what about-" She tried to protest but Cristina cut her off.
"I said call it! We have done everything we can!"
"Time of death, 1:19 PM." she sighed before storming out.
"Honestly. Close up for me." Cristina changed out of her gown and went to find Owen.
"Cristina! Hi! Thanks for knocking!"
"Why did you make me stay? I had left and came back to visit Mer and you persuaded me to stay! Why?" She demanded.
"Because you are an excellent surgeon."
"So nothing personal?"
"Are you asking me as my wife or as my colleague?"
"Wife."
"There was a couple of personal things." He nodded.
"Like what?"
"We need to talk about things settle things and you are an amazing surgeon and you know you're way around the hospital. It was an easy decision really."
"OK thank you." she walked out again without even a goodbye.
"You're welcome." he said to himself even though he was alone again.
"Dr Yang!"
"My shift is over." Cristina was heading out the hospital when her intern called on her.
"Dr Karev needs you!" Cristina quickly stopped and turned around.
"Did he send you?" She smirked.
"Yes."
"OK where is he?"
"Yang! Hurry up!" Karev was running to the lift with a patient.
"My shifts over what the hell?" She ran after him but didn't go in the lift.
"Take her up and get her prepped I'll meet you up there." Karev turned back and looked at her.
"Alex my shift is done. I'm going home."
"Listen Yang. I need the best cardio I can get and right now you're the best I can do. So get ur ass upstairs to OR 1!" Alex jumped about anxiously needing to get up to the OR.
"Well sorry Alex can't do it. I have been working for 50 hours straight and I am about to pass out. I would kill this patient. Get someone else." she stormed away tired and hungry.
"Fine! Webber! Quickly scrub in!" Alex flustered and got the first person to pass.
"Alrighty." Webber quickly walked over as Alex brought him up to date in the lift.
"Bailey!"
"What is it Jackson? What do you want? I am off to pick up my son so unless someone is dying I do not want to hear it!" She snapped.
"They're almost dying. I need your help, like now!"
"I am going to go pick up my son then go home."
"Just a quick consult! That's all." Jackson insisted.
"Fine! Where is-"
"Here is her chart. Rebecca Lester. Aged 29 brought in for continuous seizers and passing out. CT was clear so was the MRI. I don't know what else to do? Also it's only like 2 why are you going home?"
"I will help you with a consult not figuring out why I chose certain things in my personal life." she glared at him.
"Room number 3707." Jackson smiled half relieved and half terrified.
"Let's go then." she said before quickly walking off to the elevator.

Here you go! Chapter 2! I forgot to mention last time I will update every 5-11 days! Sometimes earlier and sometimes stuff goes on and it's later!
