Four years later, when Yoshinori's long gone and his body had been buried back in Japan, his case was revamped after a tip from an unknown caller got sent to the police.
With fresh evidence, his case was reopened and tried again.
Compared to his first trial, the second one seemed noticeably longer, seeing as his first trial only took a total of three days to come to a verdict.
The second one, however, took a month and two weeks. And with a thorough examination of new evidence, Yoshinori's murderer was convicted.
Fans and reporters celebrated outside of the courthouse, considering that their favorite artist and their hottest news topic had finally been given the justice he deserved...
