I hummed softly, laying back in my reading nook, finally getting some time to relax.
"Baby!" Shannen yelled, running into my room.
I groaned and dropped my book, whining as she ran over and bounced into my lap. I smiled and wrapped my arms around her, pulling her closer. "Yes darling?" I asked, smiling as she kissed my nose.
"I love you." She said, smiling down at me. I bit my lip and smiled, giggling at her. "I love you too, what's got you so happy?" I said.
"Nothing. I just love you." She said, once again kissing me as she adjusted herself in my lap and laid her head on my shoulder.
"I love you too baby."
