Chapter 48

Shadows appeared in front of Okimoto's household.  The doorbell has been struck 3 times but no answers. The albino got irritated and pushed the doorbell constantly.

" Hai, hai. I'll be right there a bit!!" A voice shouted from the inside.

After a few minutes, the front door opened revealing a tired Kasumi. As soon as she rubbed her eyes, she saw Izana and Kakucho standing in front of her.

" You took your sweet times," Izana spoke with irritation in his voice.

" What are you doing here?" Kasumi asked; not being bothered by Izana's anger.

" You're free right? Then come with us," Izana immediately took her arm and dragged her out of the house.

" Ehh?!!! I'm not free! I have a part-time job to go to!! Let go of me!!" Kasumi struggled to get rid of the strong grip around her arm.

" You're free now," Izana ignored her struggles and continued to drag her.

" Kasumi-chan, sorry to use your time but this is urgent," Kakucho explained.

" What do you mean?" Kasumi asked.

" Just wait. We'll be there soon," Kakucho answered.

After a 30-minutes walk, they arrive at a small warehouse. Commotions inside the building were heard from the outside.

" A fighting club?" Kasumi asked.

" Close... It's war," Izana answered and let go of her arm.

Izana walked toward the back of the warehouse with Kasumi and Kakucho. They walked through the back door. They hid behind stacks of steel.

As Kasumi tried to get a good view of the fight, she saw Daisuke and Chifuyu standing in the middle; trying to fight members of Rokuhara.

Kasumi was about to shout their name but Kakucho covered her mouth. " Don't shout. Now's not a good time," he explained. Kasumi nodded and Kakucho slowly uncovered her mouth.

" Can one of you explain to me why are they trying to fight an entire gang with only just 2 members," Kasumi asked.

" Daisuke was impatient. He strolls off on his own. When Chifuyu heard about it, he ran off to help Daisuke," Kakucho said.

With Daisuke

" Sorry, man... Maybe I'm a bit too impatient," Daisuke apologized.

" Don't worry about it. I know you suck," Chifuyu scoffed.

" Oi..." Daisuke tried to laugh off but was cut by South.

"Forte!!  pretty bold of you to come here on your own. You want to face defeat a second time!!!" South shouted.

Daisuke stayed silent.

" What does he mean....a second time... Daisuke you told me you haven't fought him before," Chifuyu said.

" I.... did fight him... I pretended to be Izana and lost," Daisuke admitted.

Both Kasumi and Chifuyu were shocked by the statement.

'was that how Tenjiku's heavenly kings went to Rokuhara easily?!!!'

" Where are you going?!!" Daisuke asked as he saw the former heavenly kings walk out of their hideout with serious, yet uninterested faces.
