Chapter 14

Riri's POV

We had all worked together to create an awesome looking fortress, everyone had their own bed-like place and some even had rooms, and it was really cool.

I was allowed to play games that night with everybody else, and we also watched movies while eating food.

We all went to bed kinda early though as everyone had just finished removing the tailed beast, which used a lot of chakra.

Waking up in the morning wasn't so nice, as all the blankets had been stolen from me, so not being able to get back to sleep I was going to get some breakfast instead, entering the kitchen I saw Pein was also there and sipping some warm coffee, going through all the food we had I started making myself some toast and trying some newly bought hot chocolate that I requested.

We said our greetings to each other, but then ate in silence, a comfortable one but anyone else walking in wouldn't have noticed that.

Further on in the day, both Hidan and Kakazu left to get the Nine tails host, but I also heard them talking about killing some teacher and that their students seemed pretty close to them, so they were expecting a ambush.

When a meeting was called and everyone gathered in the meeting room, we all knew something was up. But hearing that both Hidan and Kakazu had been killed by that bastered nine tails host, I grew anger toward the village. I wouldn't cry nor would I feel sad, instead I would bottle up everything and when the time is right I will release it all at once.

Everything was going on too fast, none of us had the time to play or have fun, we had all heard of Orochimaru's death and that Sasuke was now on the look out for Itachi, we were running out of time for things as well, missions were done one after another, there were no breaks or days off, days were becoming more stressed and it's only a matter of time until another member falls to their death.

Today both me and Tobi had been assigned Deidara's partner as Sasori had died, we were going to capture the three tails, on the way Tobi spotted a little tea shop and finally convincing Deidara we went there eating dango and drinking green tea.

Leaving Tobi and Deidara got into another fight, resulting in Deidara blowing Tobi into the sky, this would have been fine, if it wasn't for Tobi grabbing last minute.

So we flew through the sky waiting to hit the ground although before we did Tobi teleported us safely to the ground.

"Hay, that was actually helpful" I heard Tobi say, looking in the direction he was looking at I nodded.

"For once your 'senpai' has done something helpful, there's the three tails alright"

Looking down from a cliff like location, we could see the three tails fighting leaf ninja and Orochimaru's helpers. We decided waiting was probably the best option; Tobi went to get Deidara while I kept an eye on the scene bellow me.

"Interesting"
