Chapter 9

Amanda's POV

Mia and I were hanging out at the mall when Ian called. He told her to come to his friends party so I figured I'd third wheel. When we got to the party things were going alright then Jason started getting drunk. He was alright then he kissed me. At first I wanted to talk about it but then I realized he was drunk an it wouldn't help. At the end of the night I was ready to go so I had Ryan take Jason home then Mia dropped me off. I took a shower then got in the bed. While I was laying there my mind went to Jason kissing me. I don't really know why he was doing that stuff. Whenever we are together it seems like he has no interest in me, now tonight he was all over me. I don't know if it was the beers that he was drinking or if he always wanted to do that stuff. I was trying to figure it out but I ended up no where so I let it go an went to sleep. The next day at work I figured I would talk to Jason about last night. I was looking for him all day but he wasn't there. I figured I'd call him when I got off and talk to him about it. I don't know what Jason's end game is with kissing me and holding me close like that but I'm not interested my emotions played with. So tonight I'll be letting him know that. When my shift was over I went home.

When I got home I took a shower then put on some spandex shorts and a tank top then went an sat on the couch. I was just about to call Jason but someone rung the doorbell. I got up an went to the door an opened it. It was Dru, Tiffany, and their new baby. "Hi." I stepped to the side an let them in. "Hi Amanda." Ms Jennifer said stepping in. I let them in then closed the door and went back to the living room. A few seconds later my dad came an sat next to me. "Hi honey!" "Hey dad I didn't know you were here!" "You were rubba dubbin' in the shower when I got here." I started laughing. "Oh." I slid closer an looked at him. "So what's new dad?" "Nothing, I haven't seen you in a while." "Really?" "Yeah, I miss you a little bit." "Aww!!" "Let's watch something together." "Ok!" I snuggled next to him an crossed my legs an he found something to watch. We were in the middle of a random show when his phone started ringing. He answered an I knew he had to go. I told him we would finish the show later then he went to get changed into his uniform. While he did that I called Jason. He didn't answer so I decided to watch something random on TV. "I'll see you later honey." "See you dad, be safe." "Alright, I love you." "I love you too!" I walked him to the door then went back to the living room. When I got back to the living room Dru and Tiffany were in there. "Ugh." I thought an sat back down. I completely ignored them and went back to watching TV. "So you don't want to see the baby?" Dru started. "I seen him." I mumbled an looked at my phone. "You're still mad about something that happened so long ago Amanda?" Tiffany joined in. "Oh my god." I got up an went up to my room.

Jason's POV

Today I woke up with the worst hangover ever. It was so bad that I had to call out of work. After I did that I took some pills and went back to sleep. The next time I woke up it was 7 o'clock. "Damn." I mumbled. I went an took a shower then called all of the guys to see what they were doing. They were all out on dates so I decided to call Amanda. I looked through my phone an seen that she called so I decided to just go over her house. When I got to her house there was a truck where I usually parked so I just parked in front of the house. I figured I'd just ask ms Catherine what to do. I got out an went an rung the bell. A few minutes later a lady answered the door. "Hi." "Hello, is Amanda home?" "Sure." She was just looking at me. "Can I.. see her?" "Come in." "Thank you." I stepped inside an she closed the door. "You can go into the living room." "Ok." I went into the living room and seen a guy and a girl. "Hello." I said sitting down. "Sup." "Hi." They both spoke and I laid my head back on the couch. "Hi honey." Ms Catherine came an looked at me. "Hey Ms Catherine, how are you today?" "I am alright, how are you?" "I don't feel well but I'll be fine." "Aww poor baby, are you hungry?" I kinda laughed. "Not really." "Ok, if you get hungry let me know an I'll make you something ok?" "Ok thank you." "I'll get Amanda." "Ok." "Oh wait.. Did you park in front of the house?" "Yes." "Are you gonna be here a while?" "I think so." "Alright, Dru park in the back." "But.." "In the back." "Ok." He left. "Jason you pull your truck into where he was sweetheart." "Alright." I got up an went outside. "You're a joke." The guy said getting into his truck." "Whatever." I exhaled an went to my truck. He pulled his truck out and I pulled in then went back into the house. The guy came in after me then Jessie and Sarah. "Hi Jason!!" Jessie came an sat next to me. "Hey darlin'." I exhaled. "Are you sick?" "A little bit." "Oh my gosh! I have some tea, do you want some?" "No I'm alright." "Are you sure?" "Yeah I'm alright darlin'." "You promise?" Sarah came an sat next to me. "Yes pretty girl, I promise." "Ok." They left and I leaned on the arm of the couch. After a few minutes Amanda still hadn't came down so I got up an went to the kitchen. "Hey Jason, did you change your mind about something to eat?" "No.. um Amanda hasn't come down yet." "Oh.. That girl.." She left the kitchen and the lady that was with her looked at me. "So your Amanda's new boyfriend?" "Jason come out here with me!" Jessie was peeping through the slide doors. "I.." "Jason!" "Excuse me." I went out back to see what Jessie wanted. "Do you want Amanda to be mad at you?" She frowned. "No." "Then don't talk to her!" "Um.." "Come on!!" She grabbed my hand an pulled me back into the living room. "Don't talk to them either." I was confused but I let it go an leaned on the couch. A few minutes later Amanda came into the living room. She had on a short tank top and some tight shorts. "Hey Jason." I was kinda caught off guard and my eyes started to wonder. "Um.. Jason we need to talk." She walked over to the window an looked out. "Uh.." She had a nice chest and a nice butt. (I don't have a nice body.. I'm just skinny :/. Back to the story.) She turned around. "Jason!" "What?" "What are you looking at?" "You.. Come here." "No." She blushed an walked out of the living room. "What?" I laughed. "Shut up I'll be back." A minute later she came back with basketball shorts on and I was disappointed.
