I reached up and rubbed my head. What happened? A scream caught my attention and I looked up, the world coming into focus, to see the silver haired boy scrambling away from Hank who was blue and furry.

"What's wrong with you? Is that going to happen to all of us?"

"No, I just... left my meds in the house." Hank sighed, looking at his hand.

"What happened? Where are we?" Moira asked as she sat up.

"Maya!" I heard Mason shout as he helped me up.

"Hey! Hey!" Raven shouted and I looked up to see some dude in camo looking down at us. He looked familiar.

"Hello, Mystique." He spoke and it came back to me. He's the one that tried to capture the guys and me back in the war!

"Major Stryker." Raven glared at the man.

"Colonel Stryker. I wouldn't get too close to the wall, if I were you. It may create some discomfort." Stryker said and Moira stepped forward.

"I'm Moira MacTaggert. I'm a senior officer at the CIA."

"I know who you are, Agent MacTaggert."

"You cannot keep me here, in this..." The woman tried to argue but he cut her off.

"Actually, I can. A psychic event just destroyed every nuke from here to Moscow. That event emanated from exactly where we found you. At the home of the world's most powerful psychic. So, you are going to tell me, where is Charles Xavier?"

"It's not him you should be worried about. There's someone else. Someone more powerful." Moira told him and I looked at her. The blue man.

"If you let us out of here, we can help you." Raven tried to strike up a deal but Colonel Stryker wasn't having it.

"Do you really expect me to believe that? You can put on any face that you want, but I know who you are. What you are." He left to where we couldn't see him anymore.

"Hey, Moira. What did you mean when you said someone more powerful than Charles?" Hank asked and the woman started telling them about the ancient mutant but I didn't pay attention. Alex is gone. I found a spot on the wall that wasn't electrified and slid down to sit on the ground. What am I going to do without him? Especially now... I brought my knees to my chest and tucked my head away so no one would see me.

"Maya?" Mason whispered and I felt him crouching in front of me. I shook my head and glanced up at my younger brother. He nodded and stood back up, going to pace on another part of the room. I hid my face once again as I felt the tears start to form. Alex is gone. I'm alone. What am I going to do? I vaguely processed the fact that the others were talking but I paid them no attention. My husband is gone. My whole body shaked as I cried. What am I going to do?

"Maya?" Hank asked and I looked up at the man, tears blurring my vision. Everyone was looking at me. "Maya, it'll be okay." He tried to say but I shook my head.

"No. No, it won't." I cried, not carrying that they all saw. Hank went to come towards me but Moira stopped him.

"Wait, there's something else. This isn't just about Alex, is it?" She asked and I shook my head. "Is it? Are you...?" She started to ask and I nodded. "Did you tell...?" I shook my head. "Oh. I'm so sorry." Moira gave me a sad look and Mason turned to her.

"What?" He looked at me. "What is it?" Raven came to crouch in front of me.

"Maya, what's going on?" The blonde asked and I sniffled. Damn hormones.

"I-I." I placed my head in my hand.
