"AAAAAHHHHH!" A high pitched scream was heard in the city of Musutafu. "Thief! Someone, stop him!" A store employee yelde after the sludge villain stole some money from said store. "Catch me if you can. Hahahah." The villain laughed.
A Thin man walked out of a nearby store and saw the comotion. But he wasn't the only one. A green flash of light can be seen in an alleyway connected to the streat. 'I gotta catch that guy.'
No one knew but there was now someone flying over the street chasing the villain. As well as a muscular man. The sludge villain looked behind him and saw that the man wasn't just a random pedestrian. He was big, over 2 meters. Blond hair and a smile no one could ever forget. 'Crap! It's All Might!' The Sludge villain thought as he dived into a manhole trying to escape the hero.
'Thanks All Might. You just made him even harder to catch.' The invisible flyer thought. He flew through the ground into the sewer system, and once again became visible.
He was a blue and black insect humanoid with navy-blue wings, green eyes, and dark blue fur on the top of his shoulders to the bottom of his thighs, and had light blue spots on his forelimbs, antennas, claws, and head.

Deep in the tunnel the insect man could see some sludge turning a corner "There you are." He said before following the trail. It took a couple minutes but he finally caught up with the villain, and he? she? It was about to attack a young girl.
The stranger froze the villain's right arm as it was about to grab the girl, but the villain retreated by detaching it. The girl looked straight at the man who was now covered by his wings like a cloak. 'Crap. That's Izumi,' he thought. 'I better hurry.'
He let the villain consume him and froze it from the inside. He didn't want to kill him though so he left the eyes and a small amount of sludge unfrozen. After telling the girl to call the cops he walked through the wall and flew away.
After landing in an empty alleyway a green light engulfed him and when it disappeared instead of the insect man from earlier stood a teenage boy with green hair, green eyes and freckles. "Good thing I left before All Might caught up with me." The boy said.
