It had been another 5 months since Izuku and Mirio met at the beach. Izuku and Setsuna were in Izuku's warehouse, sparring against each other. Izuku was in his Ectonurite form, Ghostfreak. He had pale white skin and black cracks over him with a ghost-like body. He had a single green eye, the bottom of a tail can be seen coming out of his skin, and he had sharp claws on each of his fingers.

Setsuna on the other hand, had upped her limit of bodily separation to 50 parts at the time, with a time limit at around 10 minutes before regeneration. Izuku has helped her with a few new moves she could use in the exam. But the recommended students would have a different exam from the other examinees, and it would take place the next day. Izuku was helping his friend to 1: prepare her for different scenarios, and 2: calm her nerves.
In the current spar they were fighting while staying airborne. All Setsuna had to do was get Ghostfreak to touch the ground, walls, roof, or anything that was part of the building. Izuku was not allowed to phase through anything to make it fair. After half an hour of them flying around the warehouse, Setsuna managed to grab the ghost's tale with a floating hand.
While Izuku was distracted by the hand, Setsuna used her body parts to surround the boy and pressed against him, acting like a human straitjacket. With one final push she made them both crash on the ground.
A few minutes later Setsuna was lying exhausted on the couch while Izuku stood in the kitchen area. "I think you're more than ready for the exam tomorrow. I mean you did beat Ghostfreak, while I was holding back." Said Izuku, whispering the last part. "I heard that!" Tokage commented with an annoyed tone. Izuku chuckled at that. "It's still impressive. Only a few villains I have fought have been able to stop him like you did." he replied while putting two cups of tea on the coffee table.
"You said you went to the beach yesterday? Did you meet your new friend again?" Asked the lizard girl. Izuku looked at her with a worried look. "sigh" "It didn't go so well." he said. All setsuna did was give him a raised eyebrow. "Togata must have seen the omnitrix last time I saw him."
One day earlier
Izuku just arrived at the beach. Somehow he had avoided meeting Togata since they saw each other the first time. But today he wasn't so lucky. "Come on young togata! You only have one month until the next semester starts!"
Izuku could hear a voice on the beach. It sounded familiar but he couldn't place it. When he got closer he could see Mirio with a fridge on his back walking toward the sidewalk, and a bit behind him was someone else. It was a very skinny man with sharp, angular features and long limbs, his neck long and his eyebrows absent. The man had long gold-blond hair with two longer tuffs hanging on each side of his face and his eyes were covered by shadow.
