What a shame to start my day. I should have just stayed at my unit if I knew that Mr. Chu would be absent today.

"Leave me alone." I warned the two annoying eggs when I saw them approaching me

"Let's go to the cafeteria, Lis." Kai sat on my desk

"Hangover sucks, right?" Jungkook laughed and high-five Kai

These two literally dragged me out of my condo unit just to make me drunk. I don't know why they love to watch me drink the hell out of me.

It's like a demon possess me the moment I got my first shot, I wouldn't stop until I pass out.

"Leave me fucking alone, morons before I beat the hell out of you." I glared at them before pushing Kai off my desk to lean my forehead against it

"I heard from the other students that Mr. Chu resigned." Jungkook voiced out that made me and Kai looked at him

Did he resign? Yeah, that old man should resign, at his age, he should be enjoying life with his family. Life is too short to be just spent in this four-cornered wall. I'm glad he took my advice.

"Did you do something that made him do that, Manoban?" They eyed me "You were the last one who talked to him yesterday." Jungkook saw me yesterday talking to the old man after our class ended

"I told him to resign immediately." I said nonchalantly "And I'm glad he took my advice."

"What? Aren't you aware that his daughter is sick?"

I heaved a sigh "Can you two just please leave me alone? Go to the cafeteria or just go back to your seats. I feel like my head is splitting into two, this is your fault."

"Daughter of Lucifer."

"I hope you'll die single."

I mentally laughed when I heard what they said to me before walking back to their seats. When the second semester started, we were sitting next to each other but the professors drew them away from me, they couldn't control us when we are together. Well, it's just them.

"Pres, is it okay if we'll go now?" One of our block mates asked me

I looked at my wristwatch "Dean told me to wait for her, she has an announcement about Mr. Chu."

As if on cue, the dean walked in with her intimidating aura. tsk, intimidating your ass.

"Good morning, Engineering 4A. Professor Chu resigned yesterday due to some personal matters." Her glaring eyes went to me

What? Is it a sin to advise him to enjoy life?

Kai raised his hand "What will happen now, dean?"

"The world will collapse, Kai. Don't act like you like studying." I said that made the whole class laugh

"Enough, Ms. Manoban." Dean cleared her throat "Mr. Chu will be replaced by Ms. Kim."

Wow! They already found someone to replace him. I underestimated this university.

A lady wearing a white silk long sleeves blouse tucked in with her knee-length pencil-cut skirt walked in. That's what you call intimidating. Dang, those cat-eyes, small pointed nose, and red kissable lips are to die for. Fuck, Lisa! Your hormones!

"Good morning, Engineering 4A. I'm professor Jennie Kim." She introduced herself with no emotion written on her face

Dean then told us to behave, she even mentioned my name. Is she fucking kidding me? I am the most behaved here! I saw Kai and Jungkook suppressing their laughter. Go ahead, idiots. You'll regret that later.
